I ordered four of To'ak's chocolates…and they blew my mind!
I ordered four of To'ak's chocolates for my cousin's 70th birthday. As a fellow chocoholic, we have had pretty amazing chocolates from around the world. After reading an article about the most expensive items in the world by ounce, To'ak was on the list. Well, I was intrigued. I placed my order and the boxes arrived on time. The following day, we met for lunch and brought out the Bourbon aged chocolate. Upon opening the box, the aroma was magical, and the taste was beyond words. The subtle hints of aged bourbon melding with the rich dark chocolate were a match made in chocolate heaven.

Beyond Yummy
wonderful chocolate - you can taste the purity and the locale in every bite - we were going to save it for special occasions, but it's already gone! I'm definitely buying more and not sharing with family...they can get their own...The chocolate came in a cooled container and arrived quickly (esp. given COVID restrictions). Very impressed!

We appreciate that To'ak is not the perfect fit for every chocolate connoisseur, however we do believe we offer discerning chocolate or fine food connoisseurs something completely unique and of the highest quality. Our model is quite different to many of our peers and one of our goals is to demonstrate that fine chocolate is worthy of the same treatment we afford to fine wine or other specialty foods. In our case, we work at the farm level with a small community to pay the highest prices in the market for their cacao and in turn support them to protect one of nature's rarest varieties of cacao — Ancient Nacional — and build sustainable livelihoods for the future generation of cacao farmers. I had trouble maneuvering through the website and ordering, thinking I would be charged shipping though I had exceeded a minimum order. Immediate email direction assured me everything was as I had hoped. The order came much faster than I expected with utmost care in packaging.

The chocolate is in a class of its own
The chocolate is in a class of its own! My husband got a box of mini bars for Father’s Day. He savoured the first piece-and said “ it’s not like any chocolate I’ve ever had! It has the texture of a smooth and creamy hot chocolate.”
On the other side, I was surprised at the teeny tiny size of the box for the rather large scaled price. And the shipping was quite wasteful.-thus the four stars.

Awesome Chocolate (cacao)
If you like (cacao) dark chocolate,it is awesome.Shipping is fast. Would I buy again,yes. Now comes the drawback; the cost is high, but all things considered reasonable.So it is not a daily treat,for myself it will be a once a year thing.

This was the best packed item I have…
This was the best packed item I have ever received from anywhere, ever. They could’ve tied it to the bumper and driven it through the outback and it would’ve arrived unmelted and unbroken. These guys really love chocolate.
A little bit of this chocolate goes a long way. We will be enjoying this for several weeks, one bite at a time. We read all the tasting suggestions and decided all by itself was best for us.
When I ordered I thought that a piece of chocolate could not possibly be worth that price. I was wrong, it most certainly is.
