Your chocolate is indeed very good, but the price is insane. I like to support the people that provide the real work in the fields rather than a large corp entity, but your prices are far to high to justify repeat purchases.

Dear Eduardo, we are sorry that we were unable to send chocolate to your address in Mexico. Unfortunately we recently experienced several failed shipments (with FedEx) due to Mexican customs returning the chocolate or taking excessively long amounts of time to process the customs clearance. As a result we are no longer able to ship to Mexico. Your order reached us just before we removed Mexico as a shipping destination. We contacted you straight away to see if you had an alternative shipping address and when you told us you didn't, we refunded the full amount of your purchase immediately. Small and lacking flavor
The product was about 1/4 the size I expected it to be. It was nicely packaged, but even when following the instructions experience of eating the chocolate just isn't great. Not much scent and not much flavor when eating. Even letting it melt in my mouth.

Happy Customer
First off, I want to say Toak as awesome customer service. I emailed them because of a problem with the shipping issues and they were so kind and friendly and fixed the issue. Also, the Toak chocolate is something I’ve never tasted before. It is awesome and can tell the difference between them and Hershey’s for example. Last, the packaging and presentation are beautiful. Will defiantly buy from them again when time is right.

The chocolate is not worth the money.
The chocolate was okay so far but I have had better. The cost for nine bites of chocolate was ridiculous and when I made the purchase I didn't realize how small they were. Great advertising however.

Very disappointing. I absolutely love artisanal chocolates, and am willing to pay high prices for good quality. However . . . To'ak was really underwhelming and actually had a nasty, moldy taste. The texture was not smooth or silky, was slightly dry and had a bitter aftertaste. The presentation box was very cool. A lot of hype and no delivery.
