Amazing Customer Service
The customer service is as amazing as the chocolate. My father was very happy with the 18 mini bars of Harvest and Aged chocolate, which arrived in advance of his birthday. James contacted me to explain that shipping might be delayed due to Labor Day and severe weather at the processing facility in Utah. He upgraded shipping to Two Day with Saturday delivery at no extra cost and included gift wrapping too! The chocolate was shipped with several cold packs to keep it from melting. James also gave me a $20 gift card for the delay, which was really above and beyond. As for the chocolate - it's incredible how much flavor there is in each mini bar. They really are quite special.

The packaging is beautiful
The packaging is beautiful, the insert to provide a background context for the tasting experience wrapped with embossed gold foil. The chocolate had a wonderfully smooth mouth feel, with a delicious earthy taste.

Best Customer Service Ever
They communicate with you so well. Because of the Labor Day holiday I was contacted and informed that they were unable to mail my chocolate out this week. (in hot weather they only mail out on Mondays). Wasn't a problem for me but they even gave me a gift card on my next purchase. I replied to them and asked a question about shelf life as one was going to be a gift a few months from now. James got right back to me. This company has the best customer service I have ever experienced! (not to mention their product is amazing)
