Very good experience

Very good experience, efficient, friendly and very helpful. Prompt delivery. We had to exchange our towel radiator for a larger size and they arranged delivery and collection with no fuss. Refund also processed quickly.

I should not even give 1 star!!!!!!
You are the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, especially Charles Francis!!!!!! who doesnt have ideas that working as a customer service consultant you have to respond on your email. It was impossible to get a response to queries, impossible to resolve any issues and there was no way to contact Charles other than chat function. Very dissapointed. Dealing witn my case and than ignoring my emails. RUDE!!!!!
First it took you an eternity to get resolution on unwanted radiator that been delivery to my home address (by mistake by your supplier), and now no response from Charles who contacted me first!!!!
I have been promised by someone that Charles will get back to me,in regards deliovery collection of unwanted item but still waiting for response...........

Good live chat to reply to the technical details I needed to compare my lovely new traditional radiator to a go with a gothic traditional style valve bought elsewhere- this was given straight away by the agent Mike. Easy to use using links to the product to ask - a good quick service- in time for our already booked in plumber to fit!

With little problems

Everything is fine with the purchase, if you want to use the warranty due to corrosion and cracks on the radiator, they offer a 20% discount on your next purchase, even though the 5-year warranty has not expired. I recommend not using this store.

Update,
This opinion went to the right person who helped me replace the radiator with a new one, everything went smoothly. I hope that in the future the store will consider such complaints positively. Thanks to Anca for the help.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. You are the worst business I have ever dealt with. It's impossible to get a response to queries, impossible to resolve any issues and there is no way to contact you other than chat function, and even then it gets you nowhere. First it took you an eternity to get resolution on damaged radiator delivery, and now no response on rusty radiators complaint. I have been fobbed off every time I reach out and promised someone will get back to me, but I just kept being send from pillar to post on the chat function and still waiting for response to complaints lodged marked as urgent weeks ago. Shocking service, shocking product quality!!!!

I am disappointed that one of your radiators arrived damaged and that it took longer than expected to be resolved! This is certainly not the customer journey we aim to provide and I can completely understand how frustrating this must have been.

Our live chat feature helps us achieve this over the traditional alternative of possible lengthy phone queues however we completely understand that some concerns are far easier to explain over the phone and you can request a call back with our team here. I can see that your radiators were delivered directly by our supplier and that as soon as you notified us of what happened and provided images, my colleagues raised this with them as a matter of urgency, I regret the time you have had to spend on this.

We’re grateful for your feedback and will use it to make improvements moving forward and ensure this doesn’t happen again. Thank you for the opportunity to discuss this further and for working with me on this matter. If I can help with anything else, plase contact me directly, and I’d be more than happy to help.

Received a phone call the day before…

Received a phone call the day before delivery. Then recieved a call before delivery on the day. Tye driver was very helpful at getting the radiator into my car on a snowy day too. Thanks for great communication

Poor compared with the customer…

Poor compared with the customer service of their competitor radiator outlet. Has similar experiences with delivery issues faulty radiators and radiator outlet fixed this by extending their returns policy, only radiators would not do this. Very disappointed. Would not use again.

I apologise that your radiator arrived in this condition and you’ve had this experience with us! I understand how disappointing this must have been for you. We outline in our terms as well as our order confirmation and delivery notices that all items should be inspected as soon as possible and any damages reported to us within 30 days.

We understand it's not always possible to do this during the delivery so we allow our customers 30 days to check for any obvious damage and report it to us. However, if the radiator is confirmed to be faulty, we should advise you on the next course of action.

I sincerely apologise for what has happened. I am afraid, I haven't been able to locate your order details to help, and we haven’t received a response to our request for your details at this time. I hope to hear from you soon as I want to look into this for you and make things right.
