What customer service?
This company’s customer service is lacking. Everything either by chat or email. None of the advisors follow anything up and none of them take responsibility. There is never any follow up communication. Everything has to be chased all the time. They say they will do something and don’t then a new advisor takes it up with the same promises then nothing happens.
They do have a number to call but a message advises that all their agents are busy, permanently it seems, even if one calls bang on the opening times.
Getting through to the White House would be easier I’m sure.
Firstly the installations were missing
Then only the technical spec was sent and not the fitting instructions
After chasing for a further 3 days finally got the instructions only to reveal that there was actually a missing part
Had to wait for the supplier to confirm that indeed yes there was a missing part even though I had told them there was - what happened to the customer is always right?
Promised part would be sent last week to be received last Friday 6/12, still waiting.
Customer service advised they had chased the supplier and would be back in touch
Still waiting
This whole saga been going on since mid November.
Terrible customer service.

Superb customer service from Only…
Superb customer service from Only Radiators. A few years after I purchased some bathroom radiators I had a manufacturer fault which was covered by a 5 year guarantee. This was no problem for Clara at Only Radiators who co-ordinated the return between us and the manufacturer. It’s something you hope never happens when you buy something and can be quite stressful but Clara made the process effortless. Thank you!
