Bathroom radiator/towel rail
We installed a bathroom radiator last year and we were very pleased with it. Unfortunately it recently developed a small leak from one of the joints. I raised the issue with their customer services and there was no issue providing a replacement. Great customer service without any hassle. Thanks Charles

The customer service & response…
The customer service & response absolutely exceeded my expectations. I ordered an add on towel rail that fits to a bathroom radiator. When it arrived it wasn’t what I’d expected based on the image on the website. The customer service team investigated & sent a replacement, which still wasn’t the one I was expecting. However they thoroughly investigated with the manufacturer & found that the original item shown on the website was no longer available. I’d also ordered what I believed to be the correct width for the radiator, but actually needed the next size up. So they arranged a next day swap over via DHL & I’m please to say it fits & looks great. A big thank you to Georgia & Helen. I would definitely recommend this company 👌

Excellent customer service - above and beyond
It can be hard selecting online retailers, as products are to a certain extent interchangeable and so if everything goes perfectly with a product and order, the only differential is price.
However, companies and service are differentiates when things dont go to plan. In my case, we ordered an electric radiator 4 months before installation at a restoration build, and when the electrician mounted it, he stated it unfortunately was faulty.
I contacted Only Radiators, dreading automated responses and chatbots other companies use to fob you off, in the event I was pleasantly surprised by prompt, clear customer service, in particilar Maisie Newman, who was excellent inliaising between us and the manufacturer for a replacement.
This was all sorted out very efficiently - photos and notes from our side, very clear procedure and instructions from Maisie.
Embarassingly for our team, the first radiator has only a tiny cable issue that we sorted on site, but we were so happy with the product and service we purchased the second radiator that had been sent to us already.
Very, very good service and products.

Amazing customer service & value.
I'm really impressed with Only Radiators. I've purchased 2 rads from these guys over the last couple of years and recently had a manufacturer issue with the last purchase. Kevin C (Customer Consultant) responded and dealt with the issue and the manufacturer (even though they didn't need to) to resolve and organise a replacement. I'm blown away by the customer service. I will be buying from this team in future.

Delivery service very poor.
Key aspects of the order were significantly later than advised - had to chase twice. When they did arrive, they were dumped somewhere completely inappropriate with no advisory note to say they had been delivered. By the time they were found (days later) the packaging was a swimming pool!
