The warmest birthday present
I ordered The toasty body heat up pants and shirt with two battery packs for my brother for his birthday on Christmas Day. She has headed to the Detroit Lions football game in Chicago, which is an open stadium January 4. He is always cold. he charged the batteries. And put them on, and said this is the greatest thing he’s ever worn. Happy brother.!!!

Looking to return items that are just poor quality and WAY TOO SMALL. Size charts must be off, these things could only fit little girls. I've emailed them multiple times and gave notice of my intention to return and get a refund within 30 days of receiving the item. So that documented should suffice and not allow them to deal this out and claim it's too late to return. The help@toastybody email (or whatever is given on there refund page) does not respond. Still waiting to get a return label or have them tell me how to get one. In the return page on the site they just say "must purchase your own return label" and wont let you process your return claim, and just the "cancel" button on that page is selectable. No contact number for customer service... everything seems shady... will update when something happens. I see toastybody is quick to do the PR apology response to recent reviewers, please try to quickly respond to our return request emails. Or tell us who to directly contact and how.

I ordered my wife the wrong size of the heated base layers. My first attempt to exchange them was a failure, due to possibly an automated response. I reached out directly to customer service and received an almost immediate response. The communication with the representative was amazing. The replacement set of heated base layers arrived very fast even with the holiday. If you’re having any doubt about buying from this company, don’t hesitate. I would have given more than 5 stars if it were an option.

Buyer Beware. !If I could give a 0 stars I would. Not only are sizes Asian Sizes. They will not allow me to return. This website is a scam website!
Update: I did email you 4-6 times. You told me that you could only partially refund & in store credit. I am a med size woman. Your XL heated hoodie fits me. Your sizing sirs are not standardized to American sizing.

Heated Jacket
I got the heated jacket! I bought it as a gift for my mother, who has to go outside to smoke, and is always freezing. She said the jacket was super easy to use and she loves how lightweight it is, while still being effectively warm. It was a very reasonable price as well.

Warms quickly
I was in -2 degree temp sitting for hours in a tree. I walked in approx 1.5 miles and climbed a tree. I waited until I cooled down and was getting cold then turned my shirt on to high for 10 minutes then down to low and stayed warm for hours. I purchased a spare battery because I know it would be long sits. Worked perfectly
