The products protect perfectly from the outside cold

You are fighting me about a full refund of a product i bought that was defective,I DONT understand why you just wont credit my credit card in full and i sill sent back my purchase. What a BAD COMPANY TO DO BUSSINESS WITH, NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER BUY FROM YOU DONNA COLELLA

I got it as a gift for my dad and he loves it!!! I would recommend to anybody I know that needs one.

Took weeks to ship. Worse quality than $100 options from Amazon. Took weeks to reply to a return request. Now fighting me on return.

Great to keep warm although it only lasted 2 hours , sleeves come very short

Gave this as a Christmas gift and the individual loves it. Size fits perfect. Battery pack came fully charged and vest was usable from the moment they received it.

Please refer to previous emails. In essence, I told you that XL fits in the body but the sleeves are 3" too short. I tried it yesterday when I went golfing & it was too restrictive to swing because of the short sleeves. Also, I didn't feel any warmth unless I had it set at the hottest setting

Overall a great purchase. Product does as advertised, and is an excellent warming layer to have for those cold-weather months. I would love to see more tailored fit options going forward.

It appears to be a quality vest. What I liked the most was the extended spaces covered with the heating elements. More than I have seen in any other product lines

Order value £389.94 for 4 heated gilets and 4 power banks.
The gilets that arrived were very poor quality — tiny sizing and cheap, unpleasant material.
The power banks were never delivered and have been “in transit” for over 45 days, with no tracking updates since 1 December.
Customer service keeps blaming the courier and refuses to issue a refund, despite the order being clearly undelivered.
Poor products, incomplete delivery, and stalling customer service. Avoid.

Delivery seemed much slower than expected (approx 3 weeks).

One arm doesn't seem to hat up as well as the other however customer care seems to be all over it, which is good.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolutely horrible experience. The sizing is completely off, and despite being marketed as an American company, the items ship from China—arriving in Shein-style packaging, which says a lot.
Customer service appears to not exist. I’ve received no response for over two weeks, yet they somehow have time to reply to public complaints online. Extremely disappointing and misleading.

Considering I ordered this for
Christmas in early December, I was pleased to receive it a week before Christmas. My wife has used it once and it kept her nice and warm. Can't wait until my son's baseball season to start to really put it to the test, spring HS baseball in Ohio is no joke

This is a scam. It started with a social media ad that targeted me because I had googled heated long johns. I ordered. The product came 27 days later from CHINA. The product was a size small. I ordered a medium. The product also feels like low quality sweat pants not thermals. They won't refund me. They told me I could only get store credit even though their policy is 30 day returns. It's total fraud, as you read reviews, this is what happens to others.

I had to return a Gilet as it was too small, they responded to my request to return and reorder very promptly, they sorted everything for me with ease and professionalism. I would highly recommend Toastybody. Thank you Tess

I keep trying to return the item and they keep coming back with store credit options. I do not want store credit can feel like it is AI responding to me, not a human. Please help someone!!!!

Delivery took way longer than they said and sizes were a lot smaller than expected. When asking for a refund they agreed, however never sent the money. I followed up many times. I am guessing these people are crooks. Definitely would not deal with them again or recommend them. Stupid me lost $1000.

The gilet I received was too small. I requested a larger size. This was promptly provided and I was not required to return the original gilet. Great stuff.

I ordered a heated gilet and batteries on the 9th of December as a present for Christmas, it was supposed to arrive on the 23rd. The gilet arrived on the 27th and still waiting for the batteries.Enquired several times about the delivery of the batteries but all i get is they are still in transit. It is not a very good Christmas present as it does not work and no gurantee that it will work as there are no batteries for it.

The sizes were smaller than expected. However, the comfort and functionality of the products were spot on. Very warm and easy to move in. We would order again, knowing we should size up in the pants. Also, you have to order the batteries separately, as they do not come with the clothes.
