Good

Good, trustworthy, easy to use website and speedy delivery.
They are now my go to online tobacco shop after buying from them for the 5th time.

Good service, good price

Marlboro gold fine cut rolling bacca. Never used this company before but I read the other reviews and I liked the price so I decided to try it. Very impressed, it's a lovely smoke and the service from tobacco direct was superb - it's a shame Royal Mail let them down but given that it's almost Xmas I'll give RM a free pass just this once!

Good experience

My first order. Was very easy site to order from. The advanced Postage made it a quick delivery. I love the packaging that allows them to be delivered through the letterbox. Fully recommend.

Awful

I placed an order about 3 weeks ago,and emailed to cancel and have heard nothing back at all and still not been refunded. Avoid this company!
