I can’t seem to hook up my account with…
I can’t seem to hook up my account with the app, which is very frustrating. When I tried to reconnect today through my email somehow I hit a button that started to charge me more money for a service that I didn’t want.
When I did do the tasks for today it was very minimal and didn’t seem to do much to help me.

Fast Resolution and Outstanding Service
I had an issue where my personalized plan wasn't loading correctly. Within a few emails support had everything fixed at no cost to me. They even gave me extra guidance on getting started! I will definitely keep using the app as the lessons are excellent and customer service went above and beyond for me!

A lesson well learned
This program has been easy to identify my procrastination and how to fix this dark cloud over my head. I beat myself up constantly for not completing or starting anything and I'm beginning to understand why I hesitate to start or finish any task.

I was a bit lost, unsure how to unclutter my own life and thoughts. Brain Fogg is disappearing little by little and confidence in the future is building through the understandings gained using TodayisTheDay. The exercises and daily tips are helping lift a weight from a troubled mind. I intend to complete the program because I really feel it is beneficial for me to do so.

Added to my anxiety
For me the good intention is there but the tasking feeds to my anxiety of procrastination in the first place. Also, it asks to review your day and I do this in the morning so right there my brain and it's overthinking is wondering... well I haven't started the day and if I review yesterday but the verbiage says today it overwhelms me. Also the tracking for me has the opposite affect of motivation.

… Sneaky upscaling and highly unethical billing practices—AVOID!
I am incredibly disappointed and angry with my experience with TodayIsTheDay. I was sent several promotional emails reducing the initial price to £14.81 for a 3-month access period. During the checkout process, the site throws multiple aggressive upsells at you. I specifically thought I pressed "no" to these, but the system ran my card for hidden add-ons of £44.67 and £134 without ever showing me a final order summary or total review screen.
I was shocked to see over £190 pending from my account. I have not even logged into the app once. I emailed their customer support immediately to state that I did not authorize these extra payments and wanted a full refund.
Instead of doing the right thing, I received an AI-generated response stating that company "policy" requires me to use the app for 7 consecutive days to get a refund, or they would offer me a pathetic 25% partial refund. This is extremely unethical, predatory behavior designed to trap people.
Company policy does not override my UK statutory consumer rights. I have rejected their partial offer and will be proceeding with a formal fraud/chargeback dispute through my bank if the full amount is not returned immediately. Completely deceptive business model—do not trust this app!
