Optimism feels good!
Felt it really helped.
This program is in my head
This program is in my head. It explains my thoughts better than I can explain to my therapist. So far, I’m really tuned in.
These daily readings are thought and…
These daily readings are thought and memory provoking helping me to understand myself more deeply. I wish they were longer, though. Most times I want to continue acknowledging my feelings and motivations, but future readings are locked. In the beginning they were longer, giving me just enough to swallow at one reading. Now, they are too short. I’m eager to see how this process helps me in future life encounters and situations. I like not having to talk to anyone who might interrupt my thoughts and confuse me with their well-intended interjections.
Beginning
Just the start. Maybe I expected a tip to be given or a little more optimism. Too much negativity for 1st session.
I’ve just started the procrastination…
I’ve just started the procrastination program and it has been very helpful in helping me identify patterns and predictors for procrastination. It has challenged me to think about what I am doing and recognize procrastination pitfalls. I will continue the daily lessons and have high hopes for success.

Customer service is always first
Customer service is always first, in my mind. I have received emails asking me to keep up the fight, even though I haven't. I've spent one productive day and I have fallen by the wayside because of coming to the office and having to put out fires before I could even turn on the computer or get a cup of coffee or look out the window to set my day on a calm note. It's been horrible! Putting myself first to start on an even keel has not been possible. Fires burn hot and fast.

This app is a rip off and a scam
This app is a rip off and a scam. They don’t remind you of an imminent payment and when you cancel it, they carry on taking money the following month at hugely inflated costs. Avoid getting involved with this mob.

DON'T DO IT!!
DON'T DO IT!!! It sounded good, so I took the test & tried to sign up for the one month app. It took all my info, but I never got the email, was not able to get the app, so I just bagged it. The next month I was charged $63.73 TWO times, $21.73 once and $45.68 once. I tried to call several times...forget it, you can't get a person! I've tried to cancel, but it doesn't "recognize" me, so I don't have an account.
Then I looked up reviews and found that there are a lot of people with the same problem. TOTAL RIP OFF!!!

Charged twice for 1 month
I signed up for one month to try the app. Clearly didn't work for me as I forgot all about it. My subscription ended today (15 July) but they charged me for another month yesterday. When I queried it they said nothing they could do, that's how their timing runs. Very convenient and sneaky. Not impressed.

LIFE IMPROVEMENT
It is a great offer. I was at the point of desperation and did not feel I could do anything. However, applying the principle, I woke up today with a desire to tidy up
my TV Snug .... and I did! So, thank you🐨

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! To help save your cash and your mental health
Was curious and signed up for a month's trial period and then found that the App made it impossible to cancel the subscription, whether this is intentional or just poor programming , but seems likely to be the former . It's only redeeming feature was that the customer service team responded fairly rapidly and agreed to cancel subscription, but not before charging for a further full month's subscription at £47!!
Hard to fathom whether this is an outright fraud or just a mediocre App, backed up by a very poor customer service team whose modus operandi is to scam as much money out of you, that they can? Sadly, many reviews on here seem to offer up a similar scenario, wish I'd read them before getting involved with this tawdry outfit.
Either way, if you're looking for an App to help with your mental health, then this really isn't the one. Like me, you'll probably end up feeling like you've been robbed, so would recommend give it a wide berth and spending your hard earned cash on a different App, or something actually worthwhile.

I enjoyed the app but decided to stop using it atm only signed for a month and then tried to get on and I received a message saying my subscription had expired and was cancelled on 26/06/29 then you took £47.02 on July 7 and I didn’t authorise it and I want a refund - I have contacted your helpline by e mail and no response at all. Please can you sort this out.

Helping with my Awareness!
So far I like the daily experience of reading the information in the chapters. It is brief and explained well. I can apply it to my daily life. I am enjoying the tips that are offered as well as the quick relief exercises. One of the bonus things that has happened for me is that I have been working on 15 minutes a day of tidying up. That has definitely made our house look a lot better!

I have learned a lot about myself during this experience. The application of this program has shown me my personal issues with procrastionation and excues I made/make. It has motivated me to keep going in my goal of decluttering and organizing what is left. I find myself doing more than the 15 minutes a day to work on it. Sometimes 3X times as long which is great as I am disabled and I needed more motivation. I feel better about my progress even tho I have a ways to go.

Immediate credit-card fraud
I had immediate credit-card fraud (a sudden additional $141 posted right-after my initial $31 payment). Thank goodness, my credit card carrier recognized the fraud (because they're monitoring TITD for fraud complaints!) and notified me right away. Such a letdown -- I'd looked forward to the content. But now, I wouldn't touch it!

The lessons are clear
The lessons are clear, concise, short, and easy to process and apply. When you deal with procrastination and get overwhelmed easily, this is an ideal format for a program designed to help people overcome said procrastination and overwhelm!
