Lovely Mat
Delivered on time. I love how the mat looks. I was a little worried reading the negative comments on here but I took the risk as it's the only baby mat design that I loved.
Happy to have given this business a chance.

These are so expensive for what they…
These are so expensive for what they are! Nice designs but essentially a piece of foam with a pattern on it that isn't very durable. Struggling to undertand the price tag especially when competitors selling very similar products are significantly cheaper.

A joke of a company
I ordered an item which shows in stock on line and now being told it’s out of stock.
They’re trying to force me to swap the item and not issue a refund and after weeks of emails, they don’t get in touch. They don’t pick up the phone.
Poor - will be disputing with my credit card company.

Terrible Customer Service
Terrible Customer Service - paid for an item that I never received. I am being completely ignored. There is proof that the item was delivered to the wrong location - still I am the one who needs to sort it out.
3 e-mails from customer services to tell me that this is not their problem - I should sort it out with the delivery company. To be honest, the worst customer service emails I have ever seen - and this coming from a baby/kids company.
Since 1 week - no response. As of today - I paid for an item that I will never receive and no one is answering my emails.
