Ordered from here on 5 days ago still not received it and no tracking link sent to track parcel. Sent a email no response. I took a risk with this company even after reading reviews as I like to give the benefit of doubt but will contacting my credit company try get a refund as items not received and retailer is not responding. Prices are not cheap so am disappointed.

Quality needs to improve
Hi ao you increased the prices however the package needs to improve as my box is always damaged and the size of the actual product are small.
I dont use the curly stuff I never have but we should have an option if we want it or not. As we are paying £120 pluss delivery
