Order took a few days to get here. But I needed this product as no other sellers Sell it so the wait did not bother me. I was kept update about my order which is always a good thing.

Good service, product delivered in excellent condition
Ordered a hair product from the company as it's a product harder to find online and this was one of the most competitively priced including the delivery charge. Product arrived in perfect condition due to the excellent packaging. It was delivered by signed delivery. Although the product was dispatched in good time it took a few weeks for the product be delivered due to current post issues in my area.

Amazing service. My parcel got lost and the seller went above and beyond to help. All ended well when the parcel finally got delivered by Royal Mail.

Not sure if I have invested wisely in this product.
The website isn't very user-friendly, does not open up all product description and very slow.
The Instructions are not easy to follow - steps are not clear in order to get the results desired. Im still trying to get a wash and go curly result. I do not want straight look. I am thinking that I have wasted £94 (including postage).
