I have used this shop regular due to being disabled and it being local to me and I have had a few issues with politeness and bad attitude of staff but nothing too bad up until this point.
A few weeks ago I picked up a coat that was a Trespass waterproof one and a few weeks later the material is starting to feel brittle and strange compaired to the ones they have in store that are new and havent yet been rained on or weather worn.
Under the left inside arm there appears now to be a large 7 - 10CM split. I use a walking stick in my left hand so I usually pick things up and do everything right handed because I need my walking stick for ballance.
It has not caught on anything like the staff member accused and it does not even look like a normal tear. Staff were unwilling to help in any way and were less than polite about the issue as well.
Considering I have used this shop for picking everything from bedding to small kitchen cooking appliances and to clothing and I am a regular customer due to it being local and a lot easier than me transporting these items back from locations further away, I feel they should look at thier customer service a bit closer rather than trying to screw over customers just for a sale.
Because of this, I now cannot trust the company for anything even a cup or a plate and so for everything I will be using online shopping or local shopping with reputable retailers.
I know Trespass do good coats as I have had one from the Trespass shop itself before but I wont ever trust anything from Original Factory Shop again.
Whatever the outcome of any complaint, they have now lost my custom. Too little, too late.
