Excellent good value clothing but the…

Excellent good value clothing but the company failed to see the importance of having an online website for clothing in my opinion. So, unless you happened to live near one of their stores you probably bought elsewhere. They will be sadly missed by many.

Delivery took three weeks

Wish I had checked the reviews before ordering. Ordered a product, it took three weeks to be delivered so missed the birthday it was purchased for. Sent a couple of emails to customer services and got polite personal replies saying they were really busy and to bear with them. Clearly they don’t have the staff capacity to manage orders, I’m sure every customer that buys from this retailer does it once, and then never shops from the again.

Placed an order only for it to be out of stock 8 days later

Placed an order for some Adidas Gazelle trainers. They took the payment and then 8 days later I get an email to tell me that my items are out of stock and can't be delivered.

Fortunately I have got a refund but why does it take so long to find out you've got no stock?

Really poor experience and I won't be using this company again.

Absolutely disgusting

Absolutely disgusting. How can you lose a 'tracked' parcel. Do the decent thing and refund my money. I will never shop online again with this company. They make it impossible to deal with. All contact is email which they state will take 5 to 7 days to reply? Chat with them is a flaming robot. DO NOT BUY ONLINE WITH THIS COMPANY.

Website is not legit

Website is not legit. Ordered 3x items and all arrived tampered with, although this was not obvious on initial look it was evident when the products were opened. Do not buy from here

Only order delivery if not in a rush and I mean a rush

Delivery 3 to 5 working days. Item not dispatched until 5th day now 8 days waiting for items. Can have them back when eventually get here. Can't call customer service because phone lines not manned. Emailed and no reply . Avoid . Still waiting and honestly the company couldn't careless. Zero stars for appalling company and service

Online order never came

Online order never came, other reviews are saying the same thing, customer service doesn’t respond, going to open up a PayPal case but they’re not always successful so last hope would be a dispute by my bank.

Went to collect a parcel

Went to collect a parcel. Was spoken down to by staff member who talked down to me like I was a child who needed scolding, continually spoke over me and then refused to give me my parcel.

Terrible

Ordered online, nothing came, emailed them they said item was with everi. No contact from everi so emailed them again, They replied saying, they are waiting for stock items to arrive, so obviously saying item was with everi was not true.
Will not be using this company again.
Would not recommend either.

Where’s my order?

Ordered an item ten days ago. One week later got an email detailing tracking number which is still showing waiting for item.
No seller phone number on website so emailed customer service and it says it will respond to email within 5-7days.
Unacceptable level of customer service.
Seller looks to be taking orders for items not stocked.
If no response from email will chase chargeback on credit card.
Avoid.

Very helpful and friendly staff in Ashbourne.

Very helpful and friendly staff in the Ashbourne shop, made our purchase a very pleasant one. Quite surprised to find a small selection of vacuums and carpet washers in store, so as we were on the lookout for one, bought a Swann Hyperclean stick vacuum cleaner, - at an excellent price, - very pleased with it so far.

Sandwich short of a picnic

I ordered a set of zero gravity loungers and a set of two towels. I received the loungers but no towels. A week later I had a second delivery of two sets of loungers. Baring in mind the loungers cost £40 a set and towels £12 for two, I’d would have been better off keeping the loungers. Stupidly I rang and told them of their error and Louise from customer services said she would arrange collection and my towels were on the way. I received one of the towels and the loungers have been collected. Maybe I should have held the loungers hostage until I received my towel as my ‘contact us’ emails have been ignored, all three of them, and one sent today probably, and I haven’t received my towel

My 90 year old Nan recently spent over…

My 90 year old Nan recently spent over 2 hours in store spending hundreds of pounds. Now she's being chased by euro car parks for £100 despite me trying to sort it out normally with the store. Will never use the store again and would advise others to do the same. This was the Southam store.

Purchased a Jabra headset through this…

Purchased a Jabra headset through this company and after 6 months it stopped working. Advertised with a 2 year manufacturer's warranty however when I called Jabra they advised the seller is not an authorised seller so warranty not valid . Have messaged 3 times but no reply. Very poor service . Avoid .

Heavily Overpriced!

I visited the new Northallerton store earlier today for the first time, just to see what it was like. I’m sad to say I won’t be shopping there ever! Items are overpriced, often costing more than local stores. For example 75 finish dishwasher tablets £15 when you can get them for £10 in Tesco’s. Items heavily overpriced.

The store states that you can save up to 70% on local produce when in fact it’s more like the prices are up to 70% more than local stores.

Another thing to remember is you have to have a membership to be able to purchase from this store. This means you are bombarded with junk mail!

I’m happy to say I won’t be shopping there, bring back Wilko!

Recommend the Horncastle Store.Was unable to find what was looking for,was assisted by Lloyd ,who was most helpful,he was well presented,friendly,very professional,a Great Credit to your organisation.The Store was clean,tidy and well stocked.
