All the gachapon mystery capsules I got were so cute, and not a single duplicate, I was very happy! I don’t know whether this was care taken by the team, or sheer luck, but I can’t imagine ordering 6 from a series and each one being different by chance, so I’m very grateful to Tofu Cute! The mystery food parcel was so much fun, and the gachapon in that as well such a good selection! Really really pleased, quick delivery, can’t wait to order more.

I’ve been trying to fine reasonably priced items that are actually cute,genuine, and not knockoffs and I’m so glad I found them due to Tana kid I hope this business is here for many years to come because it just seems so nostalgic to when I was a kid and I would want so many stuff like this

Love love love Tofu Cute! It's been my favourite place to shop, either online or at conventions for years. They have loads of plushies, Japanese snacks, accessories, and all things kawaii. Everything is visibly packed with so much care and attention, and in environmentally friendly packaging (no excessive packaging either). The plushies are especially placed so they are nestled in nice and safely. Best to give them a hug when you unbox them though, they just had a journey afterall! You can even become a Tofu Tomodachi, which means you can get a little bit of discount and some selected items in exchange for points. All in all, a delightful small company. I hope to be a tomodachi for many years to come :3 Lots of kind thanks to Team Tofu. 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷

I have shopped at Tofu Cute now for around 10 years both online and in person at conventions. I have never had any issues with my orders until recently when something wasn't quite with my order. To be fair it was mainly down to my own misunderstanding of the product listing on the website but despite this after getting in contact with the them they were more then happy to help arrange for my to return the item for a replacement that better suited me. It was quick and straight forward and super shout out to Harley who helped me and kept me up to date with everything. They really did solve the issue and went above and beyond. I will happily continue to buy from Tofu Cute in the future and this experience gives me confidence in them as a business. Thanks guys!

We got 1 sugoi snack lucky bag and 1 plush/customise lucky bag.
First, ordering was super easy, the prices are great! The site is so easy to navigate and devilishly cute.
My daughter orders her plushs! (We just got the small bag for our first but definitely going back for a bigger one!!)
The snack bag was for me and honestly it was great! Only thing was, I'm allergic to mango and my main snack was mango mochi but that's not on tofucute, I should've stated that. Hopefully my partner or daughter will like it.
But everything was great and it came SUPER quick which I'm surprised about as I live in the Highlands of Scotland.

This was my second order, very lovely items and well-packed, and quick delivery too. Amuse plushes are always great quality and adorable and I’m very happy with my items. It’s great to find a reliable UK retailer to get Amuse items from. I’m a big fan of the Maru Kuma Pola series so I hope there will be more collections stocked in the future! Overall a great place to buy from.

So cute! I love it, especially all of the plushies. I heard that they get a lot of their stuff from Japan too. Some of it can be a bit pricy (for example £8 for a tiny plush) but apart from that, it’s all good!

Honestly my favourite place to get super tasty Japanese snacks candy and drinks and even cuter Japanese plushies and other items.

Iv been ordering since 2019 every month almost and I'm never disappointed

Disappointed to get an email telling me the item I’d ordered - that my daughter had saved up for - was out of stock. They said they were unable to find it. So I was able to order it but the item couldn’t be found. They offered a refund or swop. I get that these things happen but I’m annoyed as I have to disappoint my daughter and she’d saved her money for weeks to buy the item.

I placed an order at the end of January for Valentines' day, and my order arrived so quickly, with me being updated through the whole process via email. I couldn't be happier with what I ordered; my partner absolutely loves the chocolates and mini plush. I've purchased from Tofucute before, and they have always provided a wonderful experience for me, along with having such an incredible selection of cute plushies and snacks!
