everything I ordered came in on time, however the 2nd shipment came in with missing parts (Shade Sail buckles) .

We are very pleased with our Toja shade. We did not use the Toja grid system to build our pergola and it still works great. The shade stays tight and looks beautiful. I see a lot of saggy sail shade but not ours!! Very pleased. Shipping was super fast.

Really great products that look and function exactly as advertised. I might recommend having a wood planer available - I needed one for my lumber but it was easy and quick.

The finished product is amazing. What a great look! I purchased the 6x6 hammock kit with three sail shades and two curtain rods. The curtain rods don't like up perfectly on this which is the only reason I deducted a star. They could use a bit of a redesign. Everything else is perfect. I even added the shelf accessory and all of the components were well made. A tip is that each part comes with the exact perfect number of screws. This means if you drop one, you need to find it. I ordered a couple of extra packages of screws and was glad that I did! If you are thinking about ordering, be assured that the quality is better than you might even dare to hope. You do need strong people to put it together.

The Toja Grid kit accomplished exactly what I wanted, which was a custom size pergola on my rooftop deck so that I could have some shade. I probably could have had someone build it using big bolts or other brackets, but the Toja system was a lot more straightforward. I added Toja wave shades, which is what people notice the most when they see it.

What should be improved:

Screw quality. Include a bit that works with your screw selection. I stripped the first three screws until I found the proper bit.

Engineering recommendation for climates that have snow are those who plan to put a tin roof on their Toja.

Well designed and made product. Easy to assemble and a good looking structure.

This system is great. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the stitching on the canopy deteriorated after 2 years in the desert sun and I had to order a new one. Not sure there’s a solution for that. The sun is powerful and I’m sure any thread wouldn’t hold up here.

Used a couple of kits to combine together for my deck. Everything looks fantastic and was very easy to get setup! Lots of comments on how nice the end result is for our new pergola!

Great product and the fastest delivery I have ever seen.

We love our Toja Grid. We opted for 6x6's and ordered the 8x8 size for our pool area. Definitely a solid structure and gives us nice shade when we need it. I just wish the cover was waterproof so that we can sit out there in the rain.

I never got tracking information regarding my order. My order just showed up one day and thankfully I was home.
