We ordered the 8ft x 8ft kit with the shade canopy for the 4 x 4 inch posts. Our shipment came within a few days and the packaging was very sturdy. The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. The components are really strong and don't feel cheap at all! It's so sleek and stylish right down to the black caps that fit over each screw. The shade canopy is heavy duty with reinforced clips where it attaches to the frame. My husband and I put this together. It took us about a week to sand and stain the posts with an oil based outdoor stain and 10 hours to assemble. It's very heavy and there is a lot of drilling required so it takes quite a bit of muscle power. It was a fun project and it turned out amazing!

Bought the kit for a 4 x 4 wood 10x12 pergola system and the screws that came with it is a garbage. The head of the screws were soft and they kept getting stripped. The system was good except for the screws. You guys need to upgrade the screws that come with it.

I ordered the Double Pergula kit for 4x4 posts. The posts were a perfect fit and easy to install. We are very satisfied with the product in both quality and ascetics. I am certain we will love our pergula for years to come.

Product is very sturdy and very well made. Welds are solid and the ain’t finish is excellent.

excellent quality, nice finish, crisp clean lines, clear instructions and fasteners included. the pergola with the shade cloth was easy to install and looks really nice. we ordered a second pergola for our bbq surround and will clad in cedar wood slats to match other areas of the home. maybe do another in the future...? will highly recommend to friends and clients.

I wish you would take my 12x12 shade sail because I needed a smaller one.... now I am stuck with this and had to purchase a 10x10 shade sail which a tiny too small... but it worked. Please I wish you would take my 12x12 back for a refund with maybe a restocking fee... thanks for your consideration

This is the easiest system to build a beautiful backyard oasis. I cannot be happier with how our Pergola came out. The folks at Toja Grid are amazing and the customer service is superb. We had to return the canvas top and the process was painless. Would recommend Toja Grid products to anyone wanting a simple beautiful way to add an outdoor living space to their home.

We just finished putting our pergola up, and we love it! All of the items purchased items are very well made, simple to put together (* dry wood and extra helping hands is key!) and makes for a sturdy, well-made and attractive end result. To top it all off, our items arrived much earlier than expected, which was a very pleasant surprise.

All in all ok but I paid for 2 extra bags of screws and only received 1. Given a hard time had to send pictures of everything that I received.. felt kind of bad them thinking I was not telling the truth. That was a month ago still waiting on the 1 bag of screws I paid for!!

I was so excited when I purchased my Toja Grid system in July 2020 and got it installed on my deck, but unfortunately I didn't get to enjoy it for long. The two shade sails only lasted a few months before several of the straps broke off. When I contacted the company about the warranty they mentioned that I should've removed the sales during windy weather. REALLY!!!!!! Now, why would you expect your customers to go outside and remove them every windstorm and not address the poor quality issue.

Newly treated lumber will not fit inside the braces.

Great product , only issue I had was there were no printed directions. It would have been helpful especially that the screws that came with kit needed a #3 Philip’s bit
Which is not easy to find

My only comment is to make it clear to customers that if you are using pressure treated wood, it needs to be bought a few weeks ahead of planned install because the wood needs tome to dry out to fit within the tube steel.

I bought pt 4x4s the day before installing and they did not fit, I had to trim the wood edges a little in order for them to slide in.

This product is amazing. We have had one on our patio since last summer and will have one on our deck by the end of May. Everyone comments on it and how good it looks. Looks so nice and helps keep some shade in the right places. Would definitely recommend to anyone who asks.

Overall good experience with the website. Was a little hard to find all the accessories I wanted. But found them. Ordering was simple and delivery fast. Got it way before I expected them......now just waiting for good weather to put together.
