The owner was very patient

The owner was very patient, outgoing, knowledgeable and very responsive!!!!!!

She responded to my first query and then assisted me with my order and was patient through the ordering process and after my order was complete. She kept me updated with my order. Even after I received my order she took the time to send an email with product instructions that were specific to me. AWESOME!!!!

Hi I purchased so many care brands…

Hi I purchased so many care brands which unfortunately hasn't done anything for my hair expect breaking. What I have noticed with Toksnatural they concentrate on the scalp first then the hair. They really emphasis in scalp how it's Important to have a healthy scalp in order for healthy hair to grow. Order haircare brands don't do that as much so this is why Toksnatural is working for me I have tremendous improvement already so I'm so happy even my hair texture has changed feels more healthier feels like hair again. It's got thicker which hasn't felt like this for a long time. Areas that was slightly thinner has thicken up. Happy;)

Leave in conditioner

The product did not make my hair as soft as I had expected. It also did not absorb into my hair strands. It sat on top of the hair after going under a steam cap for thirty minutes. Maybe this was not for my 4C tightly coiled hair.

Our Moisture Boost Leave-In Conditioner is designed to be used as a daily moisturising and styling base, not as a deep treatment. It is formulated to sit lightly on the hair to seal in moisture, reduce dryness, and protect textured hair — especially coily and kinky textures.

Using it under a steam cap may cause it to sit on the hair, as heat and steam are best suited for rinse-out conditioners and masks, not leave-in products.

Many of our customers with 4C hair use this product successfully as part of their regular moisturising routine. For best results, we recommend applying to damp hair, working it in thoroughly, and sealing with an oil or butter if needed.

Strong smell

Unfortunately, I don't like the smell of the hair oil as I think it's very strong & unpleasant. But for someone else it might not bother them.

We do lightly balance the herbal aroma with essential oils, however, this is not a perfumed or synthetic-fragrance product. It is a therapeutic, growth-focused oil designed for scalp health and hair strengthening, not for a floral or cosmetic-style scent.

Many of our customers appreciate this natural herbal aroma, but we understand that scent preference is personal and can vary from person to person.

We also want to add that we always aim to provide excellent customer service and support our customers wherever possible.
