Simple to take and my circulation feels better

I tried a couple of cheaper nattokinase capsules before this and neither did much. One was only 2,000 FU per serving and the other upset my stomach. I also tried fish oil for a year with no real change.
Toku Flow is the first one where I actually noticed something. I mix the chocolate version into my morning coffee and it dissolves without any grit. Been taking it daily for about two months. The first thing I noticed was my hands staying warm, which was never the case before. My blood pressure readings have been steadier too. It took a few weeks before I felt anything, so stick with it. Not cheap, but I'll keep ordering.

My cardiologist was impressed with my numbers

I started Toku Flow after my cardiologist mentioned nattokinase as a possible adjunct to my existing routine. I was already on a low-dose statin, so I wasn't looking to replace anything—just to support my circulation naturally alongside what I was already doing.

Six months in, my lipid panel came back noticeably improved. My cardiologist asked what I'd changed, and when I told him about the nattokinase at 10,800 FU, he said the dose was "actually meaningful" compared to what he usually sees in supplements. That meant a lot coming from him.

The unflavored powder mixes into my morning coffee without altering the taste. I've had no side effects. The only downside is that it's a bit pricey, but I'd rather pay for a properly dosed product than waste money on something underdosed.
