Awful, Avoid at All Costs
Awful experience with this company. The followers I gained using the service dropped off in the thousands.
I contacted them and asked for a list of the accounts they had added so I could cross check that against my account to see how well their service has worked. I have requested this on several occasions and they have just ignored that request.
They tried to correct it by adding more followers back on yet the same thing happened again only this time my account was flagged by Tiktok for unusual behaviour.
Repeated requests for refunds have been ignored so I am having to attempt to reclaim the money with disputing the transaction with my credit card company.
Avoid them like the plague, awful service, they cannot deliver in the long term and despite promoting a 14 day money back guarantee on their website they will not deliver on that either.
In regards to their reply they had weeks and multiple emails which they have not responded to so I won't be contacting their customer services again as they are just as poor as the service they offer.
