Horrible service at the store in la teste de buch

Horrible service at the store in la teste de buch, france. They are supposed to be experts, when explaining what we wanted to paint, sold us elasto bois, paint which leaves tiny bubbles on meranti hard wood. Went back twice for advice, they came up with all kind of excuses that we were using it wrong, the wood was to humid, it had rained on the paint and sofort. Just sold us the wrong paint, should have sold us water based paint instead of elasto bois. Did not want to give us a refund or change the paint. Bad service
