Worked great in the beginning, but came to realize none of my calls were ringing through. I cancelled. I'm sure they might have resolved it, but the whole point of a service like this is to NOT have to faff about with problemtic tech. So, hard pass.

Did not invite the questioning and marketing abuse
Service was ok, but being subjected to a non stop series of calls to market and question my use was not welcome or agreed to. Total lack of privacy and care so I ended the service quickly as possible. Cannot recommend save for in an emergency. There are other better services, better price and they leave you alone and let you just buy and use the product without abusive calls!

We are sorry you feel this way about our service, but I can guarantee making multiple spam calls to our customers is not what we do. After reviewing your account, I see that your account manager contacted you back in December when the account was first set up to make sure, the calls were connecting successfully, you were on the right pricing plan and with the correct number of minutes included. After that you only got one additional email letting you know your trial was about to expire and you hadn’t used your free minutes. I see that you logged in multiple times between December and September when you requested your account to be cancelled, which was done within a few minutes of getting your request. Great service for 2 months
So far, the service has worked perfectly; I haven't missed a call, and sometimes even forwards my messages to my American number.

All in all, the service provided is what you would expect and can be recommended. Unfortunately, you also receive a significant amount of 'dropped' calls; for which you will be charged.

Fast and easy - answered all my questions
Onboarding was easy and I talked to real people over the phone. They were patient and answered any questions. A week or so later, a family member in the States went through a catastrophic fire and needed to call me multiple times a day to help them get back on their feet. I am so grateful I had this number available for them to call me!! Also I appreciate the reminder email that my debit card was expiring so I wouldn't lose service. Thank you so much!!
