Good company ive used for many years
I’ve been using this company since 2019 without any issues. Their customer support is always helpful. Recently I forgot to cancel a number before its annual renewal. When I reached out after the renewal had already gone through, they were kind enough to refund me for the year. Many other companies would have insisted I agreed to pay for the year, and made it difficult to get a refund, but they handled it fairly and I really appreciate that.

They have great service. I left the UK to return to my hometown, but keeping a roaming number was too expensive. They made it so easy for recruiters to contact me through their redirect service to my specified phone number, so I can be reached wherever I am in the world

Easy to integrate into support workflow
Great service and makes it very easy to integrate a toll free number into a support workflow. Really liked the feature of the tool to send a recording of the voicemail left if the call hasn't been answered in an email.
