Toluna is the worst Survey Company. You spend a lot of time answering their surveys and once you are done, you receive an error page. So they don't give you your points and they are the ONLY Company that deletes your points if you don't claim them within a year. I had 64,000 points and was working to claim a cash reward, but they deleted my points down to 31, 860. In order to cash in your points, you need to earn 30,000 points to get a $10.00 gift card. If you want cash sent to PayPal you need 65,000 points to receive $20. Don't waste your time with Toluna!
I have been doing for 6 months and been good till have problem with surveys done and getting error access wrong survey and does not list.I try contact site and state the survey not listing yet they e-mailing what is survey number when i tell them they are not listing.
