We were incredibly reluctant to leave Lucky with anyone as she does pose some challenges due to her age and specific needs. We didn’t want to try a new person’s patience on her. We were looking for somebody calm, patient, understanding and of a high professionalism and Grace answered all of these wishes. We have, in the past, had bad experiences with people looking after Lucky and somehow we felt the lack of trust through Lucky. We had none of that with Grace. She put us at ease before we left and, upon our return, did the same by leaving Lucky happy and calm.
Tom and Toto dealt with my reluctance very well and tailored Lucky’s care until we were 100% satisfied. Communication was easy, alterations were dealt with smoothly and the whole transaction went through without a glitch. I fully endorsed and recommend. We will be using Tom and Toto again and we are insisting upon Grace! Thank you so much.

Tom and Toto have completely put my mind at ease when leaving my dog for holidays or if im having to work late. They are professional and caring and understood how hard it was for me to leave Bear as he needs to be monitored for activity and medicated for arthritis accordingly. They send regular updates, are reliable and really understand how much he means to me. Im so impressed with the service they offer and the knowledge of dogs that means they are kept safe and sound. Whilst out walking i have seen Harry (who often looks after Bear) and not only is he doing a fab job of looking after the pack of dogs he is with, Bear runs over to him for fusses with the waggiest tail- so he recommends them too!

The staff at Tom & Toto are simply amazing! I have struggled to find dog walkers that are comfortable and confident to walk my German Shepherd Malla! And I was getting increasingly worried that i wan't going to find anyone to cover a holiday I had planned. Tom & Toto were recommended to me and I wouldn't look back! Whilst I live outside of their usual client base, they were very helpful and accommodating in bringing Malla into their team. She loved her walks with both Harry and Emma, so much so she missed them when we go back off holiday!
The only thing I'm gutted about is I live outside their catchment area so can't get Malla on regular walks, however I would strongly recommend Tom & Toto to anyone looking for reliable, friendly, professional and confident team to look after their furbabies!

Excellent service, really put us at ease the first time they looked after our dog. Received regular updates about our pet and clearly our dog received professional and caring treatment. I would recommend to anyone.

I had a sitter to look after my two dogs for a weekend, overnight stays and walks. She did an excellent job, kept in contact the whole weekend giving me pics and updates on the dogs playtime etc. Dogs were very happy and house was looked after.

Tot cat services are amazing . They have looked up our 2 cats for periods of up to 3 weeks amazingly well. They always go the extra mile for them. I can't recommend them too highly.

If Bentley could write this himself he would say how thrilled he is to see Emma or Sian arrive for either a walk or holiday. He seems more than happy that we have trips away leaving him to have breakfast on the patio, numerous walks (quite often taking the direction of his choice) and visits from Emma’s dog Lolu. We also receive updates and great photos from them and have a spotless house when we return.
We are extremely grateful to Sarah and her team for the care they take and Bentley is delighted to be thoroughly spoilt!

Tom and Toto have cared for our two rabbits when we go away for several years now, including our holiday month away in New Zealand. When we come back the rabbits are always clean and happy. I particularly like it when they message me a photo of the wee guys; it's reassuring. At Christmas there was a surprise gift of 2 fridge magnets, with a photo of each rabbit on them.
If we ask, they also tidy our mail so our absence is not advertised. My husband very much appreciates the extra services of plant watering during the months when patio pots and greenhouse plants would dry out. It is nice that they don't rush in and out but give our animals and our property time and respect.

Our decision to get a puppy was a long time coming! My main reservations were about what would happen when we were working. Speaking to Sarah on the phone for the first time followed by Emma's visit made me feel so much more confident and relaxed about Teddy's care and wellbeing and also less guilty about the fact that work life had to continue!! Teddy's first day of me needing to sleep post night shift was a bit testing and involved lots of whining but Sarah and Emma were very reassuring and there have been no issues ever since! When I am sleeping, I do not hear a thing - Emma and now Jo are very considerate! We have received some lovely pictures of Teddy and there is always a note regarding how he has been during the visits. Teddy is able to go on his first walk this week and I just know he will love it! Tom and Toto are fab! Thank you for making our puppy journey that bit easier.

Tom and Toto are insanely wonderful. Our dogs (even the picky one) love all of the staff at Tom and Toto. Tom and Toto have not once let us down. Professional, caring, accommodating. What more can one say!? CALL THEM NOW AND SET UP AN APPOINTMENT.

We have been using Tom and Toto for several years now and I cannot speak highly enough of Sarah and her entire team. Our pets are cared for like they're their own; we are also provided with updates, photos and videos of their adventures either to us or on Facebook, suggestions on any training or health/dietary complaints, and the online booking system is fantastic so you can see when your dog is being picked up and by who!
Our animals are always excited to see them and all of their routines and needs are carefully catered for as well as ad hoc requests and changes to them which is inevitable with animals!
We have utter confidence in leaving our animals in their hands/paws. The biggest thing for us too is having the security of knowing that someone caring and sensible is there to help when we're away or at work:
