I recently acquired a pair of Tom Cridland trousers and could not have had a more different experience to that of the negative review on this site.
I rarely write reviews but small companies stand or fall by these reviews and the lengthy diatribe against the company was so at odds with my own experience that I felt compelled to respond.
My experience of both the Tom Cridland product and the company has been first rate and my small dealings with them have shown them to be both courteous and professional. I love the quality of the trousers, the feel of the material and the stitching which, to my eye, offers the promise of a long life.
Go for it Tom Cridland, you have a fantastic product and a fine service and I wish you the success you deserve.
