Cusomer service is always great and the quality of the first sweatshirt I ordered was excellent. My only issue was that when I ordered a second sweatshirt, the style had changed and this was not particularly well advertised on the website. There was nothing wrong with the style, it's just I preferred the original one. Anyway, great company nonetheless.

I own several pieces of the Tom Cridland 30-Year collection and have found the quality and value to be outstanding. It will take me another 25 years to see if it really lives up to its name but I like the modern fit and styling! I also like their story and the fact that they focus on a few quality pieces rather than trying to be everything to everyone.

Some great fabrics, original colours as well as the staples, I've enjoyed wearing the clothes from Tom Cridland. I've always had helpful and personal customer service.

I think what Tom Cridland is doing in terms of sustainable essentials is great and is right up my alley! My experience of the garments is primarily through the reviews and some of my friends have his gear. By all accounts it stands the test of time making any purchase an extremely high value purchase!

I bought a t-shirt though kickstarter in 2015 and it is still looking good. I think it has more chance of lasting 30 years than my body.

The trousers that I have are very well made indeed. They are great for traveling as they can be rolled and and any wrinkles just drop out of them. I very happy with them as well as the service.

Ordered their 50 year jeans, didn't receive them yet because of production problems. But the service was very generous, they send me a free T-Shirt and offered me a refund for the trousers, but i gladly denied.

It's hard to find alternatives to fast fashion but these t-shirts go the distance.

I bought a 30 year sweater for my husband and was very impressed with the quality. It’s refreshing to find clothes made to last rather than just for one season. Sizes were true to size and delivery was quick. Very happy customer.

I have purchased a number of items including trousers, jacket, sweatshirt, and shirts. The fit of the clothing is excellent on most items, except the shirts which have very long arms (im not short of arm length!). The quality of the items is better than high street shops, but slightly below other online brands with similiar marketing approaches. I would certainly consider buying future products due to the aesthetic appeal of the apperal.

Great T-Shirts. Built to last and fit perfectly - Im 5ft 7 and wear a medium. I’ve got 4 now and will keep adding more as more colours become available

Durable, high quality, comfortable, and classic style. I’ve had my 30-year sweatshirt for three years now and it’s still going strong. Despite the lead time due to international shipping (I live in the USA), they offered exceptional service when exchanging for a different size. I would recommend Tom Cridland products to anyone looking for a long lasting, everyday piece of apparel.

Tom Cridland coats are the best. It fits well and is very durable. This is not throw away material, it's high quality. I would highly recommend any of their products. I've been very happy with my purchases.

I was looking to buy clothing that lasted me some time as I was getting fed up of fast fashion from the high street that doesn't last, but unfortunately I cannot recommend Tom Cridland. My first order was a pair of chinos, which I was initially pleased with, so I was looking to order some more from them. When they had a sale on, I pre-ordered three more pairs of chinos and also pledged for two shirts from the crowdfunding campaign they were running, which is when things started to go downhill. In waiting for my items I experienced delay after delay and I didn't receive them until months after promised. I was initially happy with my shirts, but after only a few months the top stitching has started to break in places. My chinos had a closer cut than the first pair I ordered, with some loose buttons and the button holes not being properly cut. Now, after less than a year, the stitching in places is breaking. They weren't in the '30 year' range, but you'd expect them to last longer than a few months.

If you end up on their mailing list, you get a lot of emails about Tom Cridland's side-projects. I would say more focus needs to be given to ensuring the quality of the clothes he's staking his reputation on.
