Cash grabbers! They'll section 21 anyone including people that have lived 20+ years in properties. Stay well clear!

I would steer clear of tomes homes. The mercenary landlady does not care about her tenants. All she cares about is money (greedy woman) Your rent will go up every year just like all the other tenants with Tomes homes or eviction notices through no fault with 2 months notice or they they take you to court with court fees .They do not look out for there Tennants at all.

Excellent company to deal with, never had any issues. Clear concise planning and communication. Our professional relationship has been very strong for a number of years and I can see it continuing for many years to come.

Never respond to calls or emails
Phone the lovely girls on the other end take the details to be passed on for someone else to deal with. But then nothing. Been asking for a meeting with someone in charge for 5 months and nothing.
Have let contractors have the key lock box code at the front of the building g and now multiple times have had workmen let themselves into our flat. Not even supposed to be in our flat. Not notified as they wasn't supposed to be in our flat.
Lied to about rent arrears. Twice and still haven't made it right.
Sent section 21 to the wrong address that was then opened by someone else. And read.
Also within the court documents they have put someone else's personal details in there there full name date of birth phone number email adress everything. And yet still won't answer the phone to me or call me back.
They have broken GDPR THEY HAVE BROKEN THERE TENANCY AGREEMENT.
THEY HAVE LIED AND AVOIDIED TALKING TO ME. HAVE BEEN RUDE IN THE LIMITED EMAIL RESPONCE I DID GET.
SHOCKING BUISNESS PRACTICE. Non of this is defamatory as i have evidence of everything all true have proof of everything
Stop trying to take my review down

Took far to long to be dealt with and have still only replied to one half of the issues i have. Still have received after months of asking for a updated rent payments that they have received from me as before Christmas. I was told I had overpaid so I would like to know where I currently stand to keep on top of this. Also the windows that need to be fixed and replaced and the plumber has still not been rebooked.

Fantastic company, an examplar for all developers and letting agents imho. All the personnel have been so professional, and supportive. Second to none, I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone on a new rental home search

Great flat. They fully refurbished top to bottom
Any issues regarding maintenance are picked up immediately and communicating is great from Rosie and the team
