Screen does not work… lights up but the screen is blank or glitches (has been like this from the start). This makes it unsafe to prepare bottles, as we can’t confirm the water volume or settings being used. No wonder it’s reduced to clear. Reached out to customer service. No response! Very disappointing - especially from a big trusted baby brand!!
Stay well clear! Bought this product as a secondary to keep downstairs as have the older model prep machine already, followed the instructions for set up perfectly. Made a bottle up ready for bedtime feed and noticed it was very hot when testing on the back of my hand, then tested the bottle with a thermometer and was measuring over 41 degrees which is way too hot, thank god I never fed my baby without checking first which could be easily done through the night. Numerous other reviews stating the same thing upon checking trust pilot. If this product doesn’t work or is very hot and miss it needs to be pulled from the shelves before causing serious injury to peoples newborn babies. Absolutely disgusting that it’s happening again and again. Can’t fault the old machine but this one is dangerous!!!
My Perfect Prep Day & Night machine started dispensing roughly 20 ml LESS than required after just 6 months of use. I followed every troubleshooting step and measured using a proper measuring jug, only to be told it was “within tolerance” — despite being well beyond the stated ±5% range. Instead of honoring their warranty, Tommee Tippee tried to justify the fault by combining “bottle tolerance” and “machine tolerance,” which contradicts their own official terms. Very disappointing for a machine this expensive and vital for making safe feeds for a baby. I wouldn’t recommend it.
Idea is great, however this makes the bottles to a maximum 31°C, milk goes cold to quickly.
I bought this from MyDeal....sigh. They refuse to give me back my money and I have been emailing them for a month. The saga continues. I even email this website directly. My experience is this. I set up as per instructions and the moment my son started drinking the formula prepared this way, he refused to finish a full bottle. His vomiting also increased. I perservered for a few days but in the end I could not continue. I have answered a billion question - ok a lot about what I did....and what the machine did. I have lost the will to live with the whole thing. At the end of the day, for some reason it made my child sick. My advice is to buy it somewhere you know you can return it. They arent that keen on taking accountability should the product not work for you
Do not let them fool you by seeing they reply to your complain. I wrote a complaint review and they replied it with the fake number to look good. They never follow up your complain. I gave back this product already and got my money back from retailer in Australia, despite initially they didn’t accept but I explained this product is fake advertised.
The product cannot do anything less than 4oz (120ml) bottles. No where on their website or in their user guide does it inform you. It’s not until you turn the product on and go through the motion to make a bottle do you realise 120ml is the smallest. TommeeTippee won’t accept returns if the product is open. I assume they deliberately avoid disclosing its limitations to sell the product & then cover themselves with their return policy. Avoid. Buy elsewhere.

The information on feed sizes and why 120ml is the minimum is provided in our FAQs but we have updated the Perfect Prep product description on our website to help make this clearer to consumers. Thank you for highlighting this.
Newborns do take smaller feeds to begin with and we understand that formula is expensive.
When preparing a bottle using Prep, you could make up your 120ml feed, decant how much baby needs for their feed into another sterile bottle for feeding and store the rest ready for another feed later that day. Please ensure that if you do this you follow the guidance for safe storage of prepared formula and always stay within the stated time frames.

I bought this item from baby bunting. Total waste of money. If I could would give it a zero star. This garbage working only in colder months of the year otherwise shows that tank temp is high. This low quality product makes formula preparation several times slower or even impossible. We definitely give this product back to the seller and get our money back.
The worst customer service. Our machine would not power on after only 10 months of actual use. Tried to contact customer service who told me to descale the unit (which you can’t if there’s no power) and nothing they can do to help when it’s outside of the warranty period. Apparently it’s just what happens to the machine after a certain period of time. Do not recommend at all
GAMECHANGER! If you formula feed you need this, worth every cent. Bottle feeding can be a lot of effort but this makes your life so much easier, no more waiting 10 minutes for a bottle to warm when your baby is screaming at you! Bottle is ready almost instantly!
I was looking forward to the machine due to many 5-star review on google. However, even I strictly followed the instruction to set up the machine, it still didn’t work properly and already showed some errors. Also the product definitely wasn’t that accurate and great as being advertised. Wouldn’t recommend this machine.
I was gifted this at my baby shower. When setting up I did everything it asked. When I go to make a bottle now it will randomly turn off adding the hot or cold water depending how far it goes through the steps. Not saving me anytime as I need to add my own hot and cold water when it switches off.

The troubleshooting will involve some questions to help us check the age and model of the machine (we will ask for the batch code), check the set up and understand the specifics of the issue. It is easiest to do this over the phone or via our web chat service and a member of the team will also ask for contact details so they can follow up as needed. Sometimes we ask for a short video clip if it is possible so we can see what is happening. A Parent-care specialist will walk you through the steps.

Ok so the concept is great. The machine is actually amazing however it’s Made out of cheap materials. I loved my machine, bought it In December and I used it daily for every feed but last month a part of the window panel seal started to dissolve and went into my tank… it’s really upset me cause I loved the machine so much but I just can’t risk my baby getting sick ( please note I have contacted the customer team about this problem and the photo attached was taken with the filter removed just so I could take the picture …
I bought this as I have twins and most definitely wanted to be prepared. It went fine for one week and then started having issues saying the temp was too high, the tank water temp was high even after I had replaced all the water, the filter needed replacing after 4 weeks. Whilst trying to settle 2 babies waiting for their feed, was a nightmare. This happens every week now and it's to the point I gave up on it. Considering the price, I thought this would be an amazing product. Unfortunately it is not.I hope I can get a refund
This product should not be sold in areas where the climate is either hot or humid. Product faults when water stored in tank gets too hot. This requires the water to be emptied and refilled. I live in Darwin Australia where ambient temperatures are 30 degrees or more. This product is not suitable for hotter climates.
Absolutely love it, makes the bottles perfectly and it’s so quick and easy. Definitely the best purchase that was made.

Was very excited to use this easy as set up but very disappointed as it leaks the water straight out the bottom.. no matter what I’ve tried to do and nothing in the instructions either
