Absolutely terrible, the temperature is inaccurate, it has said the temp was 37/38 and it is in-fact about 44 and had left my daughter with a burnt bum, do not get this!

The dual-use thermometer is a quick, easy and accurate way to measure the temperature of your baby’s room or bath water so no more guessing if it’s too hot. Tap the unit to activate the display and wait for 5 minutes for the temperature to be displayed in Celsius on the clear LCD screen. Fully waterproof, the thermometer will float in the bath and capture temperature readings every 5 seconds to give you peace of mind that the water is between 36.5°C and 38°C, the optimum temperature for a comfortable and safe baby bath. If the water temperature exceeds 39˚C, a handy red warning light will illuminate on the screen to alert you that the water is too hot. The optimal room temperature for baby is approximately 18°C. Ensuring that the temperature of a baby’s room or sleeping environment is a comfortable temperature is important for ensuring a safe and comfortable night’s sleep. By measuring the room temperature, you can take steps to warm up or cool down the room as appropriate or to help you decide how to dress baby for bed. The fold out stand on the back of the unit allows you to stand it upright in any room for clear temperature readings at a glance. Provided with 1x CR2032 replaceable battery so it can be used straight away. The auto switch-off function will ensure the thermometer switches off if the back of the unit isn’t in contact with either water or the stand, so you don’t have to worry about wasting the battery if you forget to switch it off.

Absolutely awful product. Wouldn't turn on for ages. I eventually got it on after fiddling for an hour or so. Room temperature was inaccurate, stating several degrees above the actual room temperature. Getting into the battery compartment is a nightmare too. For your sanity, don't buy this product.

Ive just opened the tommy tippee temperature garage and it came on and now after a few hours wont turn back on. Im tapping the screen and nothing. Annoyingly since I am having baby tomorrow, i removed all boxing into recycling. It was a gift from my baby shower from my amazon baby list. Extremely disappointed. Anyone one know how I can contact customer service let me know.

Sadly quite worrying, product un reliable as to when it comes on. Then while in bath checking temp the battery fell out, luckily I hadn’t put my little boy in bath. A lot of money for a product that I thought was going to be great. Put back together but petrified it will do it again. I work as either nanny’s and family’s and it’s not product I will recommend now

This thermometer is terrible. Takes about 10 minutes (really) of tapping before it turns on. I’ve been using it to have a bath whilst still pregnant and the battery fell out in the water and now it doesn’t work at all.

My first one became faulty after 2 months but I contacted Tommee Tippee and they replaced it free of charge. Great customer service. Only reason not 5 stars was the experience with the first one

Haven’t even had the baby yet and this has stopped working. I thought I’d test it in my own bath to make sure it was working ok. It turned on and then has gone completely blank on the screen and won’t work. My husband has changed the battery and still nothing.
