Do not buy this product! I’ve been trying to use for my 8 month old baby and first of all kept giving really low readings which were incorrect and after changing the batteries multiple times it just shows HI for all of the family which after visiting the doctors is also incorrect. Extremely dangerous for a baby with a fever! Waste of money
I bought the Tommee Tippee in-ear infrared thermometer for my daughter, and it has been completely unreliable. No matter how many times I try, it consistently gives extremely low and clearly inaccurate readings — the most recent being 34.7°C, which is obviously incorrect for a child who is unwell. I’ve changed the batteries multiple times and followed all the instructions, but nothing improves its accuracy. At this point it’s pointless to use and has caused more stress than help. For a product meant to monitor a child’s health, reliability is everything — and this thermometer fails badly. Definitely a waste of money, and I would not recommend it to any parent.
Just took my temperature (35.2 °C apparently) and my husband's (34.7°C so it's not looking good). Impossible to get a plausible reading on my baby. It's basically not functional for us as a family thermometer so a total waste of money.
Takes temperatures well but batteries only last 2 or 3 days even without use. Impractical and costly to have to insert new batteries each time it needs to be used.
Fantastic thermometer with trustworthy readings. Easy to use and comfortable in the ear so my children don’t complain about having their temperature taken!
Great product fast to check baby’s temperature well impressed how quick that is. Super easy to use the additional option of being able to check the temperature of the bottle is great too. Fast delivery service definitely would recommend to anyone to give it a try as they won’t be disappointed ☺️
This little device was great for my children. Taking temperatures can be tricky but this was quick and easy to use. Great quality and easy to clean also.
Have had it for a while and it hasn't caused any issues! It’s easy to take an accurate reading without causing too much discomfort to baby/child thanks to silent mode. If a high temperature is detected, the thermometer will sound an alarm and the light will turn red to warn of a potential fever. I have tried to compare it with the head thermometer that I have for a while, and definitely there was a big difference.
This is great for my fussy little boy who tries to pull the thermometer out if I put one under his arm. Very pleased that it’s quick and easy so doesn’t cause any fuss. Would recommend for all parents to have one of these 😊
Very easy to use and great value for money
Brilliant product.. Had no issues and simple to use. You can pick weather your checking the temperature of an item or a person.. thats my favourite thing about this :)

Unfortunately isn't accurate, I ve tried it on my Daughter,my partner and myself.all the time give a different temperature:( so sad I love this brand I have many things, the is the only product I didn't liked unfortunately
This is a go to product for babies for concerns. I wouldn’t recommend highly enough
