As other concerned buyers of this product, the mouthpiece is easily “destroyed”. This is the only type of cup my grandson will drink from (he is autistic & non-verbal and has sensory issues) If there was any chance of the lids being sold separately it would help, as the cost to keep replacing is becoming unbelievably expensive.
Perhaps I have a newer improved version than the other reviews, but my sons had these for a few months now and they’re brilliant. He does chew on the tips sometimes but nothing has come off, and he chucks them about a lot and they’ve stayed intact. Love that they’re leakproof too. 4 stars as sometimes the filter can be a little fiddly to get right for the flow of the liquid but other than that they’re great, and good value.
Initially thought these bottles were brilliant transition from the baby bottle. But they are not bite proof which was the reason I bought. He has managed to nibble the silicone off both. And these aren’t cheap cups.
Similar comments to others - the spout started to fall apart, despite being pretty strict on supervision during use and trying to stop any chewing ahead of time - doesn't last long enough and isn't worth the high cost.
First drop on the floor which will happen with 1 year old and lid broke and is no longer anti spill and has to be binned!
I was impressed for a few weeks and then horrified to see the unchewable spout with pieces missing.. my granddaughter is non verbal and autistic and was reacting to pieces of silicone in her mouth ..I had to finger sweep the pieces out .. needless to say I threw it away immediately.. its a choking hazard.. design improvements are nessacery asap ..!!
My little grandson loves these bottles, especially being able to carry them by the handle and I initially thought they were fab too. Unfortunately the little spout becomes chewed quite quickly and chunks start to break off and this is a serious choking risk. I really don’t think they should still be on sale in their current form. You need to change that spout before a child chokes.
We've had 3 off these bottles for our toddler and they are definitely not chew/bite proof. These have lasted just under 2 months. Now back to drawing board to find something that he can hold as he like a handle and no straw this was the best so far for him but the fact it's turning into a possible choking hazard I won't be attempting these again. If you need a child to test feel free for my son to help 😂
