I had to order a new seal for my portable warmer as I lost it in the process of cleaning and sterilising. I've no complaints with paying £4 for the item, but my complaint is that I had to pay £3.95 for delivery. This very small item arrived in a very disproportionately sized box which required a courier to deliver. Can't help but think that my delivery cost could've been hugely reduced had the item been placed in an envelope for sending. I feel that this is quite the waste of resources at both Tommee Tippee's side (for picking and packing the order) and the courier who had to have this added to their run. Not very sustainable either with the amount of packaging that was used.

I am still waiting for replace sealing rings. I have been advised that they have been dispatched twice but nothing received to date. This has been going on the last month. I dont no what is going on.

Rubbish it was the wrong thing and phoned again woman was gonna email so I Co old send right info and she didn't bother very poor service
