We received this as a gift for our newborn and although it was perfect to start with, the unit started to leak quite badly. Upon further inspection, we notices the internal surface had a large crack in it causing the whole item to be unserviceable, and we are now having to resort to boiling the kettle again to warm our bottles. Amazon has been less than helpful and we cannot find a warranty information page on your site.

I would avoid this bottle warmer. After 2 days of using, the unit started leaking from the bottom and would leave a massive puddle of water on the unit which is very dangerous if close to other electrical items. Tommee Tippee after sales service has also been very poor and disappointing. Numerous times they have asked for a video of the leak which I have sent and they just add delays. We’ve now been without a bottle warmer for days which is not ideal when you have a newborn. I’d go with a different bottle warmer in the future.
