The set up really isn’t that much of an issue provided you follow the instructions and use the app. Complete the setup and test before the baby is due and you shouldn’t have a problem. We have used the previous machine and although it was great this is better when calibrated properly. We have never had an issue with temperature of the milk especially as there are 3 settings you can select from the app but warm is just fine (always test on your arm regardless of how you prepare a bottle)
