As the quick steriliser looks aesthetically pleasing. We must have been unfortunate with ours. On numerous occasions as seen in the video attached, it has frozen in random times during sterilizing cycles and has continued to burn out on the heat pad as pictured. Even after descaling it, it has still continued to burn. We have also had on other occasions when finishing cycles it leaking and leaving a pool of water underneath the product. This product has only been used for 6 weeks. When spoke to customer service they even asked how many times we have been using it per day!!! Like it's only got a certain amount of times a day it can be used...

I’d recommend this product to people looking for a simple and straight forward steriliser. Been using it for 3-weeks and so far, no major issues and the product is performing well. Very easy to set-up, assemble, use and clean. Digital display is helpful and again easy to use. Decent capacity: 3/4 bottles MAM bottles and breast pump parts. All comes out clean and free of milk residue. Combined function (sterilising and drying) works well 90% of the time, sometimes the water runs out before the cycle is done. If this happens we’ve been switching the product off, on again, and then selecting the dry function to finish (takes 5 seconds to do). If the water does run out before the cycle is done, it usually happens just before the drying is about to start (around 14 minutes left which is the duration of the drying function) so no concerns that the bottles etc. are not sterilised. The inside of the lid also collects some water residue which if left can drip down onto the upper tray; just needs a quick wipe on occasion. Overall, I’m happy with the product and would recommend. This is our main steriliser for a baby feeding every 1.5/2 hours, or sometimes quicker, and it’s helped keep us afloat. Some small issues that are easy to live with and work around. The heating plate needs regular wiping, cleaning and scrubbing to prevent build-up per the products instructions.
