I have been trying to order the flange inserts but the website will not let me order them. Every time I put them into the basket I cannot check out. I need both sizes ASAP. Can someone contact me to order this to make expressing comfortable please?
I have been trying to order the correct flange sizes for days now and the website will not allow me, leaving me unable to use my pump. I buy all tommee tippee everything for both my children, so I am extremely disappointed.
I bought the electric pump in Belgium and it does not work and it hurts me. I was told I need to get the insert but I can’t find it anywhere and when I try to buy on this website it does not work.
Very unsatisfied as a customer. Spent good money on my Tommee Tippee pump and in the manual it says I can order free pump horn insert via website, but trying to rider for the last 7 days and the website does not allow it. Shouldn’t advertise something they cannot provide. Don’t recommend buying the pump, as you will need to spend more to buy the horns independently.
Unable to purchase these as the checkout page doesn't load. I wondered if there was an other way to complete the transaction? Also curious if these are compatible with the manual pump as well, or only the wearable pump?
Apart from requiring a smaller size than this, which doesn't seem to be available, resulting in waste of money purchasing the pump in the first place, when selecting this product and going to check out, the page does not load. Is this because I will not purchase a chargeable item with it? Not prepared to part with any more money to Tommee Tippee. Poor advertising on the actual pump regarding the horn sizes available and how to ensure this is correct. Including this information in the box, means that the product is non returnable as well as redundant.
