Pros: Affordable, Easy to use We used it for a while but then suddenly gives error and Lo reading all the time.

Very disappointed. Worked perfectly for awhile and now when all 3 of my children are unwell it continuously throws a low reading . Thought this was normal until I saw all the reviews saying the same thing . Now I don't know which of my kids has a fever and will have to spend more money on a thermometer that actually works . Waste of money .

It’s definitely not worth the money it constantly keeps saying Er 1 and Lo which I don’t get the battery’s are new then I read online that Lo means it’s reading the room temperature? Well why isnt it pin pointed to the area it’s facing or the solid not the air in between. Anyway I woukdn’t this probuct at all. Respectfully, Russell R

Not worth the money, appears easy to use when you read about this product and as such a well known brand thought it would be a trusted option as we have bought so many Tommee Tippee items, gives ER1 messages and LO messages, changed batteries, and honestly don't know if it can be trusted when a reading is given.

Worked okay for the first few months and now only gives error messages or lo not worth the purchase doesn’t help when kid is sick if you can not get a reading!

I see someone else wrote the same review. Same thing, don’t get a temp get an error then reset. Still have not been able to get it to work and am so frustrated. In times like this purchasing this product and it not working is a huge expense. I bought my at Walmart and they won’t take it back and I was told to contact the manufacturer and still haven’t heard a response. $45.00 and it is so not worth it.

I always get an error, or the Lo and I have to keep resetting it and when I do it still gives me errors. It's a POS. I will tell everyone to not buy this product.
