How can i purchase the soft sippy cup spout you use to sell? It's the only one my non-verbal son with autism will use and idk what to do. He won't accept any other soft spout or cup. Help!

We have a lot of Tommee Tippee products that we're happy with so it made sense to get this too. However, these turned out to be a total waste. The spout is off-center, and the entire thing either leaks like hell or doesn't let any water out at all even when our (9 month old) twins try their hardest. If I could return these, I would. We might try our luck with Dr Brown next or maybe just stick to open cups.
Really bad design. Baby can't drink from it, it leaks everywhere, lid is off center, etc.

By far the worse sippee cup I have ever used. The top doesn’t stay on. This must be some sort of design flay because you can not even get the top on correctly and then it just doesn't stay on at all. This bottle leaks like crazy after a few uses. Left puddles in more then a few bags.

Hi there! Thanks for your review. We are sad to hear that the Trainer Sippy Cup doesn't meet your expectations. If the cup is dropped, the interior valve that controls liquid flow can become dislodged so it's important that the two-piece valve is inserted properly to reduce leaking.
