I recently had the pleasure of working with Alex from Tommys Plumbing & Heating , and I couldn't be happier with the service provided. From the moment I called, they were prompt, professional, and courteous.
Alex arrived on time, assessed the situation quickly, and explained the issue in a way that was easy to understand. The work was done efficiently and to a high standard, with great attention to detail. They even cleaned up after themselves, leaving no mess behind.

Alex services and maintains my boiler, both my parents boiler and aunties we all find him to be reliable and very professional. He is excellent at fixing any plumbing or heating issues and wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Responsive, Friendly Service!
We have used Tommy's Plumbing and Heating a few times now and each time has been a great experience.
In 2023 we had a whole new boiler system fitted from a very old one, they were prompt, tidy and efficient and very friendly!
I then recommended to an elderly relative and elderly neighbours as they kept them up to date and explained their steps throughout their work. I would highly recommend them for any services like this as they were fabulous with my very un-trusting grandmother, she was thrilled with her new boiler and the service!
We had an emergency last night and phoned Alex for advice, he fitted us in today in-between his appointments to take a quick look and fixed the issue...in under 24 hours.
The service is responsive and brilliant every time and I couldn't recommend them more.

OUTSTANDING!…
I run a Lettings Agency and have used Tommy's Plumbing and Heating for over 18 months now and can honestly say I wouldn't use anyone else for Gas Safety Certificates, Boiler Servicing and any other plumbing problems.
They are quick to respond, provide a detailed quote if needed, always on time, efficient, polite and well mannered at all times. My tenants always comment on how lovely they are.
I would estimate they have carried out well over 200 jobs for my Agency and I have never had cause to complain or ask them to reattend for anything.
Simply put, they are amazing - you won't find any better plumbers out there.
