Alex and team have been looking after my elderly stepdad’s plumbing and heating needs for a few years now. They’re all personable, trustworthy, reliable and very competent! They do the annual service and other plumbing and heating requirements that have cropped up. Also fitted a new shower area. Always find them to be excellent and efficient.

Alex provided two excellent plumbers, Sam and Harley, who sorted out our hot water and pipework problems left by a previous individual. They were courteous and exceptionally clean in carrying out their work throughout the day and I would not hesitate to recommend their employer.

A great service from start to finish.

Alex explained what was the problem, the options and the costs. We were regularly kept updated by emails prior to the work which was then finished ahead of schedule to a very high standard.

Fast and great service. We have used Tommy's Plumbing & Heating several times now - once for some basic plumbing fixes and gas connection in new kitchen and more recently for a replacement boiler. Always great service. Friendly, clean & tidy and very professional. Highly recommended.

Recently had a boiler system replaced. Was able to deal with a few last minute changes by me to get everything working as I needed. I've used them a few times before (recommended by a friend of mine) and always appreciated their quick response to our heating and gas issues previously.

I dealt with Tommys plumbing because of a recommendation from a friend and I’m glad I took their advice. Alex and Jed are punctual, knowledgeable and reliable. They fitted a new boiler which went fairly smoothly and they sorted any problems quickly.
