The app has a great interface, helpful if you need assistance with building credit

I have severe Autism, and they wouldn't help me understand how the company would help me without any bills to report. My mind races, I get upset easily, and I figured if I signed out, they might respond and help me, but they didn't. I canceled like an hour or two after signing up. I filed a dispute with the bank and bbb.org, but they won't refund it. I even sent in documents from an autism doctor, hoping it would have grace and respect for disabled people ,and that didn't happen

I tried the app. It seems easy to use and functions as they say. It was better than some similar apps. I feel it will expand soon to have more options.

Easy to navigate through the app and its features. I created an account in minutes. If I had the money I would subscibe.

Fraud and scammers! This is your warning, do not use this service.
I bought the VIP 30k account added to your credit reports in DEC 2024, they never put any accounts on my credit reports. A year passes no reporting still, in December of 2025 they try to charge my card $999 right before Christmas. Dang scammers had the nerve to keep trying to charge my card over and over and over Christmas Eve and Christmas day! Do not use Tomo scammers, they will take your money and never deliver the credit accounts to your report.

ToMoi keeps trying to charge my card. I ended up filing a dispute with my card issuer. I won the dispute. Then exactly a year later TomoCredit has the balls to try and charge my card again for $979.99

ok so what do I think of this app?well I think it's awesome with the bills reporting the credit reports an how u can also dispute something on ur credit that u don't think should be there love how u can get credit through this app. Seems like it can do pretty good bit of stuff.

I signed up for TomoBoost’s $14.99 Starter plan because it clearly said it included a $1,000 credit line with no hard credit pull. After paying, I was told that this feature is only for VIP members who pay over $100 a month. That’s false advertising. The pricing page and emails don’t match at all, and customer support just tries to upsell instead of fixing the issue. Totally misleading experience — feels like a bait-and-switch. I canceled and requested a refund. Be careful before signing up.

This review is in regards to the app... A lot of things are very clear and easy to find and it is straightforward and relatively easy to use. I haven't gone into detail in regards to all of the possible offers however from what I can see it appears to be a relatively useful tool for those who could use a little bit of help.

Total scam. I'm out 1,000 because I believed that they were legit about the 30,000 credit limit. Now my bank is disputing the charges but the payments have already gone through. Please avoid this con like the plague.

complete scammers. have been charging me over $300 a month for over 3 years, nothing was ever reported. I ATTEMPted to get a refund and I disputed chargeback but because it was well over 6 months, the credit card company (capital one) sided with Tomo. But NOTHING, THE $30K credit line that was promised, WAS NEVER REPORTED ON MY CREDIT HISTORY. HOW ARE THESE PEOPLE STILL IN BUSINESS ??? STAY AWAY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Dear Tomo Boost:

This is my third attempt to resolve an issue regarding the $300 subscription I purchased on 6/17/2025. To date, I have not received access to the service, nor have I been provided with login credentials (username or password), despite multiple requests.

I am requesting a full refund of $300 immediately. If I do not receive confirmation of the refund by end of day today, July 2, 2025, I will initiate a dispute with my credit card provider on July 3, 2025.

Also, I attempted to use your password reset link at least twice, but I did not get any follow-up email or access. This situation is very frustrating, and I would like your help as soon as possible. Please confirm my subscription status and provide clear instructions on how to access my account or reset my password.

If I do not get a response today, I will have to dispute the charge and share my experience publicly on appropriate platforms.

I am looking forward to your prompt attention and a swift resolution to this matter.

The customer service is horrible, emailed too many times in 2 months to cancel my subscription. Needed to make dispute with my bank in order to cancel. Nothing was reported on my credit score. Overall, it was the worst experience with a credit boosting company.

I purchase the basic plan THINKING $14.99 with promo code I got $3 off but getting the $1000 credit line or the 121 jumping credit points to boost my credit score are lies

I've had this subscription for a handful of years and paid every month im hopes that it would be reported on my account. I contact customer service a few times and a 2 times they've given me a free month saying that they're working on fixing the issue with the credit bureaus. Never happened. Dont wait your money save yourself the headache. The monthly subscription couldve gone to paying down my credit instead...

FAKE SCAM! Idk how this company still operates. 6 months and it hasn't reported to my credit at all. Yet, I'm still being charged every month. There NO customer service, NO emails back, NO chat support. They've been reported several times to the BBB already.

Canceled this membership 6 months ago and am still being charged. I have reached out multiple times to customer service with no response, an inactive account, but monthly charges.
