Don’t waste your time and money!!!

Signed up in November 2023. Reached out in January to ask why it wasn’t showing on my credit and asked for a cancellation when the issue was not resolved. Requested cancellation yet again today and had to go back and forth three to four times before it was actually done. Complete waste of time and my money!

A fraud

A fraud. If you request Tomo to cancel your membership, they will not. Instead, they will continue to charge you. When you contact them to request cancellation, they send email after email asking trying to stop you from canceling. Additionally, they change your membership cost without previous notice. After 2 months of sending emails through customer service requesting that my membership get canceled, nothing! They are still charging me. They are very dishonest and have no ethics.

This is one of the worst credit…

This is one of the worst credit rebuilder companies I have ever signed up for. Just as many of the other reviews Stated,never once did any of my trade lines/accounts show up on any of my credit reports. I am now on the 14th email telling them to cancel my subscription, only to get a reply back Stating, if they gave me 30 days free, would I stay on “, I reply to cancel the account immediately just as my previous 11 emails stated. Just to get a reply asking if they offered 60 days for free then would I stay”? It is so ridiculous. It is beyond words , I agree with one of the other reviewers that is stated about him being surprised there hasn’t been a class action against them yet. I am seriously considering it though. Steer very clear away!!!

I would give negative stars if I could

I would give negative stars if I could. So many promises not fulfilled and then when you try to cancel they will not let you, they just send you through an endless loop and never cancel you. you have to get with your bank and cancel your card. It’s insane. STAY AWAY!

Don't work with this company. Nothing is reported. They are still trying to debit my account. I emailed 8 times to cancel my subscription. Zero stars if possible.

Tomo Boost is a fraud

This company is a fraud. I am surprised there are not any class action suits against them. The 4 and 5 star reviews on TomoBoost are suspicious at best. I have tried and tried to cancel yet they try to bang my credit card daily for $80. It's been 4 months and they still send threatening emails and texts about how my credit score will be hurt and they have made good on that threat. They didnt do a single thing they claimed they would do and now want to extort me by screwing my credit. Stay away from them or suffer the consequences.

I'm only giving this a 2-star rating…

I'm only giving this a 2-star rating because Tomoboost does exist. Now, the benefits are, at best, questionable. I never saw a credit line reflected on my credit. Additionally, I'm not sure that paying $49.95 per month increased my credit score. Finally, when I submitted a request, via email, to cancel my account, I received two offers to continue the service for free. I responded to the second but received no response. It was only after charging another $49.95 that Tomoboost honored my cancellation request.

RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN and don't look back

You have all heard the same line if I could give this company a zero - rating I would.
You will have to change your bank account and debit card ------ there is very little to stop them, with the exception of doing that!
I am not going to bore you with details!
Suffice it to say work on your credit score yourself - there are no shortcuts or instant gratification.
If it smells like a rat... looks like a rat ... IT IS A RAT!

AVOID!

AVOID!! After realizing their services don't work I have spent a couple of days trying to get them to cancel my account. They spam the heck out of my phone and emails and tried multiple times to charge me after I requested cancelation. Today alone after more then 7 request they refuse to cancel my account. This is so bad that I'm taking this to the BBB and to the attorney general.

Do Not Purchase

Jan. 7th I asked my account to be discontinued. They continued to charge me 99 a month. I opened three claims on my bank account chase explaining to them that there's no place to cancel. They honored my claims but they closed my account the next day. Save yourself the headache and dont sign up !

There is no customer service

There is no customer service. No way to cancel. They bill my credit card at least 5 times a Day, every day!!!!! I've called, I've written emails. I'm literally going to have to just cancel my card to get them to stop.

Warning

So I put my credit card information in they took payment of $89.99 from my visa credit card on January 5th 2024 I got a email stating unfortunately I don’t qualify for a Tomo boost account at this time but they took payment. I’ve been emailing the help/tomoboostsupport.com only to receive that I need to email Tomo boost and explain on that email only to get a email telling me to go back to the original email address them email tells me to go back to the other email back forth back forth . Found a phone number but on the app there us no number at all . But say contact us wit your question. I’ve called the in the morning,noon,midday,late evening, go through the prompts only to be told every time I’ve called we are not taking phone calls at this time . I’ve done everything I can do and this company tried to debi my credit Card again for the monthly for something I’ve never received in the first place . Can get zero response showing the screen shots of the denial for a Tomo boost account and the debit to my visa credit card $89.99 on January 5th . I’ve gotten only the same email telling me how sorry they are and if I can explain it in detail maybe they can help with the issues . 20 responses later contacted the fraud department with my visa showing my proof and will be getting a refund that can take up to 90 days. Never in my life have I’ve seen a dirty no good corrupt company like TOMOBOOST . Over a month of trying.To get a response and going through the phone prompts to getting a recorded message stating we are not receiving calls right now every time I’ve called all emails are ignored as well

requested to cancel FIVE times

This is the worst customer service experience. I requested via email to cancel my membership FIVE times and they continue to respond with offers and “Are you sure you want to cancel?” This is harassment at this point. I remember before Comcast cable had better customer service they made it hard for members to cancel as well until a member had to post all the responses and voice call to show just how difficult it is to cancel. This is not good business.

There should be a negative stars option

I have been attempting to cancel this product since December 30, 2023. I have sent at least 10 emails, each response is an offer for additional months, or reduced payments...they have also gone so far as to try fear based tactics suggesting how horrible my credit will be should I cancel this service. I is now again time for the monthly renewal and they are absolutely attempting to debit my account. Stay away from this shady company. I am now filing a complaint with the State Attorney General's office.

This company don't have any integrity i started lawsuit against already. I think that's the only way they will learn not to mess with people's time and money.i emailed more than 20time no reply , no action. When they they hear from the court , they will reply .They have no morals or shame.you will definitely learn your lesson not to mess with Americans

I’d give the zero stars if I could

I’d give the zero stars if I could, I’ve sent 20-30 emails canceling and the keep replying “ how bout we give you 2 free months, I said no please cancel. They continue to not cancel and charged my credit card, I disputed the charge, now tomo wants me to withdraw the dispute so they can work to refund me. I’m not withdrawing my dispute. This is a shady company scam, they provide a telephone number but you can only contact them via email, and usually it’s some automated generic reply.
I should have checked the BBB report on them first they have an F grade
I don’t recommend this company for anyone
