A… BAD BREAK UP

for some strange reason TOMOBOOST HAS A HARD TIME UNDERSTANDING CANCELLATION OF ACCOUNT! I've emailed them 16xs with the same issue and 7 days after they supposedly canceled the account, they try to take another 34$ and I have to start over again with the emails! that's crazy almost like a bad relationship break up where the other party wont leave you alone!!

SCAM - stay way!

One of the worst experience ever. I am unable to remove my payment profile and also unable to cancel. For two weeks now I have been emailing their support and no answer, they don't even reply. What a waste! I need to report them and want my money back!

Had to cancel and replace my card

Had to cancel and replace my card. I have emails where I canceled 3 times but they still keep taking money from my account. No help from customer service. Probably wont get my $150 back. SCAM!

This isn't how credit works

Credit scores don't work the way Tomo Boost would like you to think they do. This is a scam, plain and simple. Tomo can report anything they want to, to the credit agencies, but that doesn't mean that the credit agencies have to accept that information. The credit agencies know this is a BS company that is selling positive credit histories, so they don't accept the information.

Scammed me and probably selling my information

They keep trying to charge me and I’ve been emailing them since December 21 to cancel my subscription. I think this company is a scam and might be selling our information. I believe we need to start a class action lawsuit and I’ll be in touch with a lawyer because it’s not reporting to credit bureaus, they don’t respond, they’ve kept my money and are still trying to bill me.

They are trying to make it impossible to cancel.

There is no phone number no direct email contact listed other than 'help@tomoboost'. They will not respond other than automated email responses. Cancelling is harder than getting a date as a freshman in high school with no game.

Scam! Don’t do it!

I opened an account and needed to cancel it after I saw they don’t have any company information online. You can only email them. I have email several times to try to close my account and no one does it. They only talk about giving you a discount. I removed my payment method and they now send me email about replacing it. I only want to delete my account. I was silly enough to sign up and now I am wise enough to want out.

Canceling TOMOBoost

Enrolled 10/22/23. Linked my bank account same day. Started with Basic, upgraded to VIP.

As of 12/5/33:

1. No payments found by computer (no increase on balance) even though my bank shows as linked.

2. Only reporting to TransUnion with $0.

3. Customer service is either a BOT or fully incompetent. Kept providing directions for me to rectify the situation when I previously stated I had done those steps. No one is taking the initiative or accountability to FIX the problem.

They want that money but don’t have a working product or a proper customer service channel.

Do not sign up

Do not sign up. It is hard to have them cancel your membership. Credit score does not change. Company is a scam! I have been trying to cancel this service for over a month and they keep sending me emails about a failed payment.

I never signed up for this service…

I never signed up for this service however I am receiving text messages! Do not use this website it is not trusted! Apparently some is trying to do identity theft and fraud with my information!!! Do not give this website your personal information unless you want your identity to be compromised!!!!

Do not trust them

Do not trust them. I opened an account but had troubles activating my card so didn’t use it much. They emailed me and said they were closing my account. I tried to email them back, to explain my issues, but I never heard back. That was in 2021. I also tried to log into my account and could never login. Every time I tried to login it would say I had incorrect information, but when I tried to reset my password, I would never get the link to my email to reset it. Fast forward to August 2023 and I started getting their emails again and getting charged the monthly fee. I reached out again through email several times and tried to contact them via phone with no results. I ended up having to close my entire bank account to avoid getting charged the same charges over and over again because they don’t respond and their customer service is basically nonexistent.

Tried them & regret everything

Tried them. Paid for $34.99 tier for $5k lines reported. They reported lines of $0 balance and $0 limit and to 1 bureau not 3. FALSE ADVERTISING!!! You can’t cancel/delete your data on site. They remove all options to do so. This is what how support replied when demanding they remove inaccurate info from my credit report: Me: “Do not close the line. I specifically requested for all inaccurate information to be removed according to federal regulations…If the account is “closed” according to your “warning”, this company would be reporting additional inaccurate information. Since I must state the obvious, if this occurs after notice from consumer and acknowledgement from company (email reply) this establishes willful intent/malice…”

If you’re skeptical you should be. 100% Scam!

If you’re skeptical you should be. These people prey on folks looking to boost their credit score and probably buy data about low credit score individuals and then target them constantly with their ads. All I know is, it didn’t work and they flat out lied. Nothing was reporting to any bureau and I used CK, Experian and my bank for credit reporting and score updates. ZERO happened over a 2 month period, and support is virtually nonexistent. I had to file a complaint with my Amex to stop the monthly charges for Premium. They are a complete SCAM! THEY ARE CHARGING YOU TO REPORT FAKE CREDIT LINES to the major credit Bureaus in order to “boost” your score. Such a load of BS and I’m kicking myself about thinking it was legit

SCAM

I’ve been using a premium subscription for two months now. The first month the company sent a credit report to two agencies, one had a limit of $0, the second was $1000 instead of $20,000. In the second month, all reports disappeared, the support service has been silent for a month, but every day I receive offers from Tomoboost.

Signed up with this 2 months ago, and they are reporting to my credit, but reporting a 0.00 credit line which does nothing positive at all! its impossible to cxl or speak to someone regarding anything! I promise do not waste you're money! they have a F rating at the better business bureau! complete scam!

I wanted the monthly rate for the 34.99…

I wanted the monthly rate for the 34.99 service. They charged my bank account 399.00 for the year! They completely misrepresented the cost to me. They say on the website (if you were a customer before using the Tomo card) you can upgrade for 34.99 per month. I have already contacted my bank and placed a stop payment explaining that they said they would take out 34.99 but took out 399.00. LIARS!!!!! They said we cannot refund you back for the year. I have to wait for the year to be over and then they can discontinue my "membership" They suck, and they know it. I will get my money back. Please do not use this service. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Long story short… they charged my card…

Long story short… they charged my card 80 dollars when I signed up in September.. it said on the website I had 13,450 credit line reporting…. So about the 3rd week it never reported.. so now I’m emailing them to cancel my subscription and give me a refund.. I have over 30 emails back and forth with they support.. so October come they charged me 80 dollars again… meanwhile no change no reports.. nothings on my credit or reported it’s been over 30 days and I got robbed for 160 dollars!

better than i thought

Signed up for the basic plan for $8.99 and wasn’t quite sure how this worked at first. Thought I was getting a credit card. Was finally able to reach their customer support (fyi they do take awhile to respond), but now I understand how it works.

So it’s basically a subscription that you pay monthly and they start you with $500 reported credit line. Every $50 of bills that are added are added to your reported line. So I checked my credit report like 2-3 weeks later and saw the reported account of $2500.

Pretty cool way to hack your credit and start building. My credit sucks right now, but boost seems to be helping me rebuild again.
