Do not buy from this website

Do not buy from this website. I purchased shoes 3 weeks ago in the belief it was an Irish company and no sign of order. The website looks genuine however the email received at time of purchase referred to 28 day delivery period and said not to worry when clicking link to track item as it may show as “NOT FOUND”. Very sceptical and would be most surprised if shoes arrive. Avoid !!!

UPDATE still no sign of shoes almost 2 months later!!!

Do not buy from this website

Do not buy from this website. Not genuine reseller of this product. Possible Scam website!

I ordered two pairs of shoes from this website believing that they were a genuine reseller of Toms shoes operating out of Ireland. After ordering from the site I was provided with a tracking number for 17TRACK.net. This is only a public logistics info-tracking website/app and not a delivery company. The tracking number did not work at any stage. After two weeks of waiting I made contact and was advised my package was waiting in an inspection line (again in an undisclosed country). No country of origin for the order was ever provided or a delivery date for the order. After a number of further emails requesting an update, I was advised, a week later that my order was now lost! and a new order would be shipped. I sent a number of emails requesting a refund at this point. I then received an email from them stating that the products I ordered are NOW not in stock and that they will only provide a 35% refund as my order is not insured!!

I have performed a check on Scamvoid which is a an online website tool used to check the reputation of the URL of a website. It has stated that this website is 'Potentially Unsafe' and given it a trust score of 10/100.

I have contacted the official Toms website to notify them of this website and am still waiting to hear back from them in relation to its authenticity.
