Great customer service - Outstanding!
My son recently lost a game connector for the Screwballscramble game. I sent an email asking if the sold the piece and the sent a replacement sent free of charge!
Other companies out there would do well to follow this fantastic ethos. Great customer service. Will be buying the next in the Screwball series if they make one.
