Collection and delivery of car gentleman Neil, very polite and professional.

This is what service should be like everywhere. Very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to make getting my car repaired painless. Work was carried out to a very high standard with the front of the car now looking as good as new. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Had to take my Ford there for repair after it was reversed into. They would have collected it but I’d arranged a hire car, through my insurance, to be delivered there. It was a very clean and happy environment and the staff I encountered were all very friendly and helpful. Gareth especially was most accommodating to make my experience less stressful. When the car hire let me down a friendly member of staff came home in my car and drove it back to the service centre so I didn’t have to get the train back. Car looks like new after the repair and a seamless hand back to me. Would thoroughly recommend them.

We had our Nissan Micra repaired by Tonbridge accident repair centre they were helpful, professional and courteous over the phone at all times. Nathan provided us with a courtesy car and was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. When Nathan brought our repaired car back it was like a new car, excellent repair work and customer service. I have recently had both my BMW 3series and BMW2 series repaired at TARC. I couldn't fault their service and I am very happy with the repair work and excellent customer service.

Excellent repair and prompt delivery by Neil, whom was extremely friendly and covid practice was well followed.

My car was under warranty and was sent to Tonbridge accident repair centre for the bonnet and front wings to be resprayed, the finish was excellent. The car was collected and returned to my home. On return the interior of the car was sanitised completely by Neil the delivery driver, who was efficient, friendly and courteous. Overall I was very pleased with the process.

Overall I'm very pleased with the quality of repairs as well as the support that I have been provided with by TARC throughout the various repair stage my car underwent in particular the levels of communication, courtesy and the reliability of information that was relayed to me as the process went on. Can only praise the TARC team. Particularly Jay and Nathan with whom I had been mostly in touch with.

my Audi Q3 was involved in an accident and needed repair. Tonbridge Accident was recommended to me . they were efficient and speedy in carrying out the estimate. The repair took the time they quoted, they also went above and beyond by taking it to a garage to have an MOT carried out on the vehicle at my request. It has just been delivered back repaired, cleaned with an MOT by Gary who was very polite. Gareth was the man who made my experience at the company easy and problem free .

Really good service from this company. Neil was very helpful and polite and TARC did what they said they'd do in terms of doing the repairs and getting the car back to me more or less when they said they would. Good courtesy car supplied, too.

This place is very good! I was worried my insurer's preferred repairer wouldnt be able to paint the correct colour (ceramic metallic/pearlescent) so I trusted these guys with it and oh boy did they deliver! Friendly, professional and clearly know what they are doing. Gareth gave me some fantastic advice and it is why I chose TARC over Hendy and GL Coachworks as my preferred Mazda repair centre
