Stress free!
They recently repaired my vauxhall Corsa and l found Duncan and the guys very professional and the service super efficient having had issues elsewhere they were eager to please and the car was delivered back a day early repaired and sparkly clean!

Highly recommend Tonbridge Accident Repair Centre
I went and saw the people at Tonbridge Accident Repair Centre after somebody very kindly dented the passenger door and wing in a car park but didn't leave their details. TARC were recommended to me and I was very happy with the service I received. They were very understanding and knowledgeable, working with me as I couldn't be without my car for long. They lent me a courtesy car and got the car back to me ASAP. The work they carried out was very professional and to a very high standard. I would highly recommend.

Bullying tactics to charge higher prices
This is the second time I have taken a vehicle to this company for an estimate as there are few in the town.
The problem was very slight scuff marks and very minor dent. Estimate from mobile units were under £200, their estimate £450 for cash. When asked very politely what the difference in their approach and work would be for nearly £300 the only answer I got was a very rude `we would do it right'. So I explained I do not know what the work involved but how would their approach differ. he just got more rude and shouted at me.
Basically I took from this that there is no real difference in the 2 approaches and a company immediately offering to do a job VAT free was not willing to stand by their work in the long term.

We have never estimated this vehicle, but we did quote the third parties vehicle which she unfortunately damaged. which was quoted at £375 plus vat. Obviously we do not have the same pricing structure as a mobile repairer which paints vehicles in a pop up tent. We are a KITEMARK approved repairer.
